Betrüger, ich hatte per einal Zahlung einen Zugang(PDF) gekauft, dann sie schließen dem einen ein Abonnement ohne entsprechende Information zu geben.
Sie ziehen die Menschen das Geld aus der Tasche. Sehr unsauberes Geschäft.
Sowas muss verbannt werden.
Wie können die Betreiber schlafen, obwohl sie wissen, dass sie unsauberes Geld verdienen und andere Menschen damit schädigen.

In common with so many others I can say this is a con. When you first register they try to upsell you multiple times. Then you pay for the initial course, which by the way is awful just a bunch of generic videos, and then when you try to cancel they make it impossible. They link you back to the App Store but the subscription doesn’t show. Then you email them and nothing. They have effectively stolen an additional $50 from me (I was happy to pay them the initial $10 sign up fee as you accept a degree of risk online) and now im having to go via my bank to ensure they don’t take anymore.

Learning to love me more than alcohol and food.
I am leary about subscriptions, but the reward of having an Ultiself subscription is that the whole app is very multifaceted. I like the vast array of helping programs within the App. I worked with Nick when I thought I wanted to cancel my subscription but he was able to assure me that it would not jump in price with the 2nd month.

If i could give zero stars
If i could give zero stars, I would. This is advertised on social media as being like duolingo for quitting drinking. I do Duolingo every day...it's a fun and interactive way of learning a language. This app simply produces a list of habits you are meant to adopt (like taking kudzu root) and you are meant to just say whether you have done them or not. It's not interactive. The videos are not helpful - just obvious info. I would recommend Headspace or some other self help app. This has nearly nothing to do with quitting drinking, just a cheap knock-off self-help app that is clunky and user unfriendly. What I find galling is that they are preying on people who are desperate and selling land on a beach at low tide. I tried to cancel per their instructions but nothing even shows up on my phone as a subscription. I have written to them...we shall see. But please don't get sucked into this...it's yet another con.

Unauthorized Charge and Refund Request
Subscribed to a plan advertised as being under $10, but was charged twice within one minute: $9.92 USD and an additional $49.93 USD.
What makes this even worse is that their onboarding email clearly stated that the $49.93 USD auto-renewal would only be charged on May 13, 2026 — not immediately.
I contacted them twice since yesterday and have received no response. Their last reply was over 14 hours ago, and it feels like they are simply ignoring the issue.
At this point, I have no way to stop further charges, no response from support, and I am still waiting for a refund of the unauthorized $49.93 USD charge.
Very disappointing experience and extremely concerning billing practices.

Utiself promoted itself on Social Media… it's a SCAM
Utiself promoted itself on Social Media as an app to reduce alcohol intake.. however when registering it seemed that it is about a million things, but not only the alcohol app it was selling itself to be. On top, I registered for a trialfor 4weeks for a bit less than 19 USD but was invoiced not only for that but also for 57 USD, to which I had never agreed. This looks like a big scam

I signed up for the free trial and…
I signed up for the free trial and downloaded the Ultiself app, but due to life happening I didn't use it and forgot to cancel my subscription. I contacted Ultiself and was very impressed with the speed of their response. Nick was super helpful and efficient, and sorted out my query straight away. I am now a very satisfied customer enjoying my journey with Ultiself. The app is super user friendly and I would recommend anyone give it a go!

Try this app for getting organised
I downloaded this as a trial to try and help with my organisation and productivity. As a woman with ADHD I find it difficult to say on task, but I found this very helpful to stay focussed. Customer service has been excellent and I would highly recommend.

Great customer service
I was a bit skepticall with my suscription here, as I'm usually a bad, unconstant user and end up paying without using. Eventually, this was the case but I then got a great attention from their customer service (thanks Nick) who helped me pause the suscription immediatlely and offered me other more convenient solutions. It is always positive to feel there is common sense behind the scenes and you are honestly attended. Thanks.

I have quit alcohol, I have upgraded my identity and now I am building a powerful business from the inside out because the programmes teach me how to operate from peak performance. Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I was initially charged $9 USD, and later I was charged $49.93 USD through PayPal without my clear consent or authorization. I had specifically checked on my phone to make sure I was not enrolled in any future charges or automatic renewals, so seeing this payment go through was extremely upsetting.
What makes this even worse is that I have asked for a refund multiple times, and instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been given the runaround. This feels misleading and unfair.
I work hard for my money, and I should not have to pay for a subscription or renewal I never knowingly agreed to. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing anything from this company.
