Omna feels like a friend sometimes. I know it’s just an AI but it responds so kindly. Makes hard days feel lighter.

La mise en page est simple et facile à naviguer. Même les articles sont courts et faciles à lire. Rien de trop lourd.

Les exercices de respiration sont bien et très simples. Pas d’étapes compliquées ou quoi que ce soit. Il suffit de suivre et respirer.

If I could give Omna a minus - 10, I would. For an App that’s supposed to help and support me for my mental health, and initially being asked and answering a several questions on what help I wanted to receive and then advising me that I would be sent a notification everyday. From day one I received no notifications at all. There is no where to even click/ select on anywhere for support once downloading the App, so I had to resort to asking the app to help me, which Ironically only gives you “support with your mental health” and instead I was given an email address to contact. After sending the email I was then informed I would probably get a reply within 1-3 days. The next evening I received an email from them asking me to confirm all my details- including information on my bank card, because apparently they couldn’t find my name or details on their system- but strangely enough they were able to find my details in order to take their payment straight out of my bank account. I was very wary of this email as it raised red flags and so I didn’t reply due to the possibility of being scammed. In the end I had to go through Apple to process a claim on my refund, which then took 48 hours to process and even though the refund has been approved. I was advised that it it could take up to 30 days for me to receive it. I’m now left £69.99 worse off than I was 4 days ago ( as you have to pay for 3 months of payments in advance) and this is after 4 days of sheer stress with trying to sort out my refund. My anxiety has now gone through the roof ‘ THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL EVEN WORSE’ Omna! absolutely awful experience!

Abro la app después del trabajo cuando tengo la cabeza llena. Hablar con la IA durante cinco minutos me ayuda a resetear antes de pasar tiempo con la familia. No esperaba que una app hiciera eso, pero aquí estamos.

Overall omna is solid. Practical, easy to use and actually helpful. Not perfect but it does the job.

J’ai téléchargé cette application de santé mentale pendant une semaine difficile au travail et honnêtement elle est restée. J’ouvre souvent l’assistant IA le soir et j’écris simplement ce qui me tracasse. Les réponses sont calmes, jamais moralisatrices. Ça ressemble un peu à un bouton de remise à zéro discret.

I had paid for two items that I realized I wouldn’t be able to use them. Ryan provided me with a speedy refund which I greatly appreciated. It wasn’t their usual practice. He went above and beyond to make things right.

APP keeps freezing, so I am unable to log in and actually use what I paid for. I have asked for a refund for an add on that I declined, however I signed up for it in error because as I pressed no thanks, it was still uploading the 100 other things they try and get you to sign up to. Apparently I didn’t read the terms and conditions? Wish I got that far! Scam indeed.
Just refund me for something I literally cannot use! Common decency!
For an App that is meant to assist with mental health, you sure make this difficult!

I can highly recommend Omna. The information supplied is very useful. When I contacted them with a query they responded quickly and resolved my issue. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried many wellness apps, but this is one of the few I keep coming back to. The tasks are short and realistic, so they don’t feel like another obligation. Over time I noticed I’m more mindful and less reactive.

I like how the reflections shift based on mood. Feels more personal that way. It’s subtle but you notice it.

Didn’t think I’d use Omna every day but I kinda do now. The AI chat is chill and helps me clear my head after work.

Les guides de respiration sur Omna sont courts, ce que j’aime bien. Je n’ai pas la patience pour de longues sessions lol.

Esta app se siente como un espacio suave solo para mí. El tono es calmante y nunca abrumador. Eso es raro.

J’utilise l’assistant IA après de longues journées. Ça m’aide à vraiment décrocher mentalement au lieu de repenser à tout encore et encore. Petite chose mais gros impact.

Je ne m’attendais pas à grand chose d’un suivi d’humeur mais celui ci est facile à utiliser. Ce n’est pas comme un devoir ou quelque chose comme ça. Juste un petit tap et on passe à autre chose.

A veces la app se pone un poco lenta en mi teléfono, pero no es tan grave. El contenido lo compensa.
