I have previously purchased 3 bullet cameras from UK Wildlife Cameras over the past couple of years without issue.

Just before Christmas I purchased 2 more of the same which were gifts for relatives. When they arrived they were clearly different models and not nearly of the same build quality as those I had previously had.

On setting them up, it became clear that they do not work with the same App used for the previous cameras or even the app that is advertised to use in the instructions. On these cameras there is no serial number or QR code on the data plate which is required to set up with ICSeePRO, XMEYE or Yousee Apps.

I wrote numerous emails and called them for assistance. After a couple of weeks I received an email back with the standard copy and paste type support telling me to use the apps I just listed above! Clearly my messages were not read and non of my questions were addressed. After more than 10 attempts to call (most unanswered and voicemail box full so unable to leave a message) I did get through to a receptionist. She took my details and assured me that someone who could help would be in touch. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and still reply.

I will return the two cameras for a refund for which I have to pay postage according to the returns terms.

I will never deal with this company again. So many hours wasted with no support....so unbelievably disappointing!

There are plenty of other suppliers out there and I'll buy them again from somewhere else.

My recommendation based on experience is to avoid dealing with this company. Clearly they are either massively understaffed or they simply do not care about their customers.

Very Helpful with excellent feed back

I ordered a camera from this company and when it didn't arrive, emailed them. A helpful chap, Mark, got back to me and it turned out that I had put the wrong post-code on the order. It was a birthday present for my husband, and has just arrived, along with a couple of complimentary gifts to compensate for its lateness. Well done UK Wildlife Cameras - you kept your word and sorted the problem out for me.

Experienced a problem with recently purchased bird box camera, returned the item for inspection, was informed that the camera was indeed faulty and a newer model was received within two days. I was impressed with the no quibble replacement policy and the promptness of this company’s response.
I was also very pleased with the quality of the robustly constructed bird box and the clarity of the image on screen (this product was the wireless version)
From my experience to date I should not hesitate to recommend this company.

This camera replaces an older one in our bird box which was flickering. It was straightforward to place the order, the service was prompt and efficient and the new camera arrived in the post three days later (I could have opted for faster delivery). The new camera, although seemingly identical to the old one, has some improvements. The depth of field is greater, which means that everything is in focus, and the colours seem brighter. All in all, I am very pleased.

UK Wildlife Cameras gave excellent service. Our new trail camera arrived well packed, in good time and in good condition.

So far very pleased. only used it a couple of times.Not much about this time of year But hopefully things will liven up in the summer.thank you for keeping in touch.

These cameras are so good we had to buy a second one. Having installed the first inside a sparrow nest box, we've been fascinated by the views of the birds using the box to roost in overnight during this winter. With good night vision and the added bonus of high-quality sound we've got a great insight into the behaviour of this common but little-studied bird.

A very positive experience so far. The camera was purchased as a present so I cannot comment on that as yet. However, I can say that it was delivered promptly, as promised. I found the website very helpful in reaching a purchase decision and the level of communication has been excellent. Recommended.

Browning Recon Force Edge (BTC-7E)
There were two delivery problems with my order of this camera. Firstly the package was returned to sender as undeliverable when no attempt to deliver had been made. This is obviously a courier problem but was quickly resolved by UK_WC. Secondly I ordered a set of spare batteries which were not included. This also was resolved by a separate and express delivery and UK_WC had kindly added in some extra batteries as well. So full marks there.

On the website itself when selecting orders there is an anomalous option of selecting 12 spare batteries.
Multiples of 8 batteries as needed by this camera or 4 batteries as shrink wrapped would be more sensible. I had to explore the rest of the site to find a group of eight. This quibble was 'blown out of the water' later by the receipt of lots of spare batteries.

The camera itself I have not had for long enough to assess sensibly, or even explore all of the features.
I did notice on my first foray into the menu system that the date set up uses the peculiar American inside out dating system rather than my preferred 'rest of the world' dd/mm/yyyy. I would also like to have seen a 24 hour clock option. There are doubtless other things I will spot over time.

In action the captured still pictures are startlingly clear and mostly of my face but including one of a fox sneaking across the garden. I hope for more of the same.

UK wildlife cameras were very helpful. They responded to my question about the camera and kept me updated on delivery when I asked for it to be sent somewhere else. The camera is great and my dad is really enjoying it.

Faulty trail camera returned to UK Wildlife Cameras a a replacement was sent out to me in less than ten days

Ordered (Order #15153) a security box for a 6310 camera 15/7/21 with confirmation about money transfer in my bank 4 days later and recently 11/10/21 received a message from sales of this eshop that the order was completed despite nothing ever arrived. I asked for this box on customer service of this eshop even before buying as the picture on their webpage where I tried to post this review but cannot due to website malfunctioning (how convenient) was showing security box for the older model instead that did not fit the new camera with larger LED field, but I never received a proper answer from this eshop, nor picture showing security box for the older model instead of correct one got fixed (I got both old security box with older camera model from Amazon and a new camera bought from this shop). I ordered anyway as prices on the US eBay were much higher due to shipment but this shop never send me a security box which they still declare is in stock even as writing this review, meanwhile, the security box for 6310 cameras was sold out on eBay.
My experience with previous purchase was without issues and customer service was somewhat more helpful in troubleshooting specifics of these cameras even though I found to customer service surprise that only SD card that worked with 6310 series camera trap was by them non-supported 64GB sized one, but as for security box for 6310 series they likely don't even have, customer support was non-existent...

eShop in response claiming that purchase did not go through, yet I have proof of bank transfer on my internet banking account and received order confirmation from eshop as you could see in link bellow before shop I reviewing flagged my comment for including the link to evidence in form of a picture, so I needed to remove the link to evidence stored in google account picture gallery showing my confirmation order from my review in order to prevent review being deleted (adding pictures or links is currently not supported nor officially allowed in Trustpilot reviews but uploading picture on google account that would spread some kind of virus is really hard even for hacker as google had filters for video and picture uploads, so you don't get a virus by watching youtube or picture link to google account gallery, but such policies work well for eshops to deal with negative comments as you cannot really provide any evidence without eshops flagging your evidence that can clearly show which side is incompetent).
Personally, I couldn't care less if the issue was on part of the personnel or website that did not even have a proper picture of the item despite eShop was noticed about this by me even before ordering item, nor their script for sending reviews on a product on their website I was ordering worked properly without crashing to allow me the point of these issues on their website instead of here. The fact that this eshop claiming story about a payment that did not go through despite I got confirmation from the bank and eshop somehow still managed to send me the order confirmation (which do not happen if payment didn't go through as order confirmation being received only after that) yet failed to notice me about the proclaimed failed transaction for 3 months is speaking volumes about the improvements that need to be done in this eShop to not test the patience of its customers, which should be ultimately in their own best self-interests, instead of trying to get negative comments removed...

After 3 months of perfect operation, the camera stopped working beyond anyone's ability to repair it. I emailed UK Wildlife Cameras, who helped me through the return process. Two days after I sent the camera back, I received an email that a new camera was on its way! While no one wants to go through a faulty camera issue, UK Wildlife Cameras was BRILLIANT and SPEEDY in their assessment and replacement. No arguing, no quibbling. Excellent service, and a fantastic camera. VERY please and will CERTAINLY consider them when I decide to expand our camera program!

I decided to purchase a trail camera from this company and it was a huge mistake.

Initially I e-mailed them and told them what I needed but they didn't seem to have read my e-mail fully as not all questions were answered. That should have been my first red flag.

I decided to order anyway and received the camera. The instructions weren't particularly clear and I couldn't seem to get it to even turn on. I have some experience with trail cameras but couldn't figure this one out.

I called the company and spoke to a receptionist explaining that I just needed to speak very quickly to someone to ask how to turn the camera on. They said someone would get back to me.

No one contacted me and I rang a few times again explaining that I had a very quick question. Long story short, I eventually got told that they didn't call back if I wanted help I had to e-mail them, that was never explained at all at any stage, if it had been I wouldn't have bothered wasting money calling them. I'd tried to e-mail previously and it takes an extraordinary length of time to get a response so that's very poor and particularly so if that's the only way to contact anyone.

I decided to send the camera back as the tech support is dreadful and I didn't want to have a camera where I got little/no support. In my very first e-mail enquiry I had asked about whether I'd get tech support and wasn't answered.

This company (unlike a lot of others) doesn't provide a returns service so you have to pay for that yourself. So I am also out of pocket with that!

The camera was returned and eventually I got a random e-mail from their tech support saying they'd checked the camera and it was fine! I explained that if they'd have answered my many calls I wouldn't have had to send it back, it was totally unused so I now requested a refund.

That was well over a month ago and since then I have regularly e-mailed to ask where my refund is. Three weeks ago I got a response blaming covid for the delay in refunding me! It's a bank transfer so how the pandemic impacts on that I have no idea.

I e-mailed again on 25th August (nearly two weeks ago) and I haven't had any response at all and NO refund.

This company is appalling, I would never ever use them again. They should be ashamed of themselves, disgraceful service!

Edit: Now 21st of September and despite me continually asking for a refund I still haven't had one nearly 2 months after returning the unused camera!

Happy with the service I received. Item delivered within two days of ordering. Only problem was it had the wrong address on so was delivered next door! Packaging could have been a bit better as items were rattling around in the box so hope camera will be ok. Unable to comment on camera as I have not yet set it up. Was hoping for lithium batteries for the price charged but they were only alkaline ones.

This is first time using uk wildlife cameras, very fast and easy to use website. The price was very good and the delivery was exceptional as they used DPD so that was a bonus. Would recommend first rate.
