Not good. Ordered goods on 22/9/22
Emailed company several times. Was informed goods had been dispatched and the courier had left a note as no one at home. Not true, was at home all day and no note left. Further UK Wildlife did not provide details of courier so I could query them. Have requested on 2 occasions refund. Received e mail on first request a few days later saying they had been away. On both occasions told it will be done but the banks may cause delay. To date no refund. Further companies house show Dormant Accounts.

A squirrel chewed the reset button off my wifi camera wiring and without hesitation Mark from UK Wildlife Cameras was able to sort a replacement. Not the usual request I am sure! 5 star service and thank you.

I'd echo what the previous reviewer has said. Stay well away from this company. I tried to get technical advice before ordering to make sure i was ordering the right camera for me and try as i might i couldn't get a reply. I should have heeded the warning but ordered anyway. To be fair it did arrive promptly. A few months later it developed a fault. I sent it back and I can't even get them to confirm they've recieved it. I've emailed and called and beyond being told by the receptionist they'll get back to me they simply never do. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Buy your camera elsewhere.

I now have a replacement camera so it got sorted in the end. My negative review was a consequence of frustration at the lack of communication from the company and is a valid criticism.

Super, ethical company to deal with. Very good communication throughout and after the deal. Camera ordered at 4.30 pm was delivered in less than 24 hours, well packaged and with a surprise little extra that was much appreciated. I will have no hesitation in coming here again.

I bought this as an addition to other cameras in our field. It arrived quickly and after a few weeks appears to work well.

Camera is excellent and as described. Delivery was good, and an excellent bonus bar of chocolate...

Absolutely awful experience with Wildlife camera U.K. It took nearly 2 months for the camera and box to arrive even though I paid for express postage. We have emailed multiple times as the camera doesn’t work with the hedgehog box. It’s two different products that don’t go together. The camera doesn’t fit into the box. The WiFi capability is awful. None of the features work. Such as the trigger. We haven’t been able to get it to work as of yet. We have emailed a number of times, tried to call and have had no reply. It’s been nearly 3 months of trying to get it to work. Awful awful awful.

Placed an order never arrived after 4 weeks contacted to be told it was back order
Been trying to make contact for a further 8 weeks to arrange a refund or at least an expected delivery date but no response

Waste of time do not use

2 cameras arrived with no instructions, and 50m cables (should be 20m). Leaving me with 30m of extra cable to house somewhere! I contacted support, but no reply after 10 days. Poor service

I received good advice from UKWildlifeCameras about which camera best suited my needs.
I was extremely pleased with the results.
The camera was robust and well made. Unfortunately, it developed a fault. The SD card would not remain in the slot. There were two weeks left on the guarantee.

I returned the camera and immediately got a reply from the company informing me that it would be replaced.
True to their word, I received a brand-new camera the following day.
Brilliant service!

I have been supporting my parents get technical advice - the camera does not seem to have the right app linked? - they have repeatedly called and emailed and had no meaningful response. I'm very disappointed to say the least. We've made a request for a full refund and hoping that we may get some response to this whole debacle.

After the non arrival of a small spare part for whatever reason, UK Wildlife Cameras sent me another part without question. My camera is now back in full working order.

Ordered a camera and they delivered the wrong camera (which was also damaged and advertised at a cheaper price). I had to pay the cost of return postage and then spent nearly 2 months chasing my refund. Eventually I had to ask the bank to step in as they were not responding to my emails. Finally got an email saying that I would be refunded (still waiting to see that in my bank) but I was unable to get the return postage refunded even though they sent the wrong product. I would steer clear of this company as they send whatever product they feel like and try to wear you down into keeping it.
To be fair to the company I thought I would add this to the review:
I have now received the refund and an offer of £15.00 by way of an apology and to cover the cost of return postage, all have to do is remove the feedback. It is surprising that for the last 42 days, it's been like trying to pull teeth getting a response from this company. Following one letter to the bank and one negative review and I've received three emails off them in one evening. As far as the £15.00 buy off they offered, I have declined

Order arrived quickly and the wireless camera gives great quality video.

Easy to set up the camera and download the app using the printed instructions provided, but the text might be a little small for some people.

I needed some further information regarding memory cards and my email was answered quickly.

This was good customer service, but it might be more helpful to add this information to the product page in the first place.

Like a significant number (26%)of customers I have had a bad experience. My order was reportedly shipped a week after placing and when it hadn’t arrived after four days I started chasing ( two weeks given as time for delivery with free postage).This is when I discovered this UK leading seller of wildlife cameras do not have a direct line of contact. Their phone is answered by a third party message taking service. Emails are not answered within the advised 48hrs. They also appear to strenuously avoid direct contact for technical help referring the needy to online advice.
Two weeks after ordering I was informed the order had been chased and rescheduled. It arrived four days later incomplete. Despite providing requested photo of parcel/contents on receipt, after a further eight days I have neither heard nor received anything. There is no enthusiasm for customer service and the administration do not appear to be in control.

I ordered a birdbox camera kit from UK Wildlife cameras but was sent the wrong camera. I was sent a much cheaper camera. After a few emails to the company and long delays with their replies, they told me that they had sent me the wrong camera kit. They asked if I would mind just swapping the camera out of the kit and they would send me the correct camera. I agreed for a quick resolve, although really I wanted the whole kit I had paid for. They would not send me the correct camera without me first returning the wrong camera back to them. I then went to the trouble of printing out and filling in their returns form, arranging and paying for a courier and going to a collection point to post the camera back to them. They never sent me the correct camera (Sony effio Chip CCD) I had paid for, nor the return fee, like they said they would. Thankfully PayPal were amazing and refunded my money. Thank you PayPal for an excellent service. UK Wildlife cameras may be advertised a bit cheaper than other companies but the saving doesn’t outweigh the stress, multiple emails, phone calls and over a month to try and sort out the issue that they had caused.

I eventually had a phone call from UKWC. They apologised for the many delays in delivering the final part of my order. The item was despatched the next day and I received it the day after. Although I now have instructions as to how the kit goes together (I'd ordered a wireless camera kit and DVR) They did not arrive with the order, I had to email to get them sent.
I have upgraded my star rating as I now have what I ordered, but it has been a very frustrating 3 months getting it.
