I had ordered a refurbished IPhone from this company and whilst I agree with some of the comments regarding response delays, whenever I have spoken directly with James, the owner, he has always delivered on his promises.
Just needs to sharpen up on this aspect of his business but overall I am satisfied with the way I have been dealt with.

I have received the phone today (After over a week) and I was interested to see if there were any faults with the phone since it was received so late. Turns out the battery part installed in the phone was ingenuine and caused the phone to overheat. Very disappointed of usedmobiles4u. I bought a phone before and it had no problems, very annoyed.

I wanted to upgrade my wife's phone as her old phone was definitely dead. My first order was for an IPhone12 but my wife decided against so I cancelled the iPhone12 order and ordered an IPhone14.
The iPhone14 was delivered after 4 days and all looked well until I got mails saying my order was being processed I mailed to say this was for a cancelled item. The iPhone12 was delivered after 11 days and since then I have attempted to email the company phone them on a two different numbers and mailed via there web site twice one being a request for a return. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.
So if you order be sure its what you want and don't hold out any hope for customer service. The iPhone14 reported a non Apple component and the screen has a curious haze but we can live with this. I've used this company before but never again.

Genuinely the worst customer services, delay in over a week for shipping.
Sent a phone with a passcode I couldn’t unlock.
Phone is faulty, repeatedly getting extremely hot and turning off
Trying to process a refund and now the previous numbers / emails I had used can no longer be contacted.

Placed order on 21st June. After not hearing anything from them about delivery, I emailed them on 26th June and was told they had sent their warehouse staff home as it was 42 degrees in the warehouse but they were working over the weekend to catch up on orders. I received another message on 28th June promising it would be sent by today (30th). Surprise surprise nothing has been sent! I am now trying to get a charge back through my bank.

Shocking communication, shocking customer service and a shocking company!

No communication whatsoever! Taken my money, haven't shipped out the phone, tried to call, email, message, comment on their posts without any response. Going to have to do a charge back as soon as I'm able too!! DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fab service had the phone a few months but a fault with the battery but honestly they couldn't do enough everything was sorted promptly cannot fault this company and would definitely use them again thanks so much

Don’t know why this company gets so much hate the phone I bought had a display issue I sent it in to them I had cracked the back glass my fault before and back glass isn’t covered on the warrant they fixed my screen and replaced the back glass for free even though it weren’t covered also fast shipping to them and fast repairs

Bought an iPhone 14. Cheapest price, phone was new as far as I could tell - Battery 100%. Just ordered a second one for my daughter.

I placed an order for a used iPhone on Monday 27 April at 8:50am (Order No. 32480). The company advertises next‑day delivery by 1pm for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday.

My phone didn’t arrive until Saturday 2 May. That’s four days late and completely undermined the reason I chose this seller. I had to buy a replacement from GiffGaff instead, which arrived the very next day without any issues.

If next‑day delivery can’t be guaranteed, the website shouldn’t promise it. Very disappointing experience.

Great customer service. Used phone arrived promptly and in condition described. However it soon became clear there was a fault. Was able to speak to someone who arranged a prompt return for repair / replacement etc. I had my phone back within 4 days working perfectly. I don’t have a problem if I buy a used phone that turns out to have faults. What really matters is the after sales service etc which in this case was first rate

Competitive price. Decent customer support and phone quality is pretty amazing.

Phone arrived faulty, the camera wouldn't work properly. We had already moved everything over to new phone, so didnt want to send back to be fixed. Mobiles 4u agreed we could get it fixed and they would compensate us. Sent receipt a month ago, still waiting for refund. Now getting excuses about chasing their accounts. Phone also has a few other faults. Screen will freeze randomly and alarm go off when it feels like. All in all, AVOID!

My experience ordering a phone from this company is pour my phone had a dent in it and scuffs on phone not impressed not happy never order from you again thanks for wasting my time

Wow, the after sales service from this company is simply non-existent. When I received my phone which was classed as "excellent" condition, the rear case was cracked and there was a system message saying the display had been replaced with a non genuine part. I raised this at the time with no response. Some weeks later the phone stopped working (no face recog and the touch display not working). I have at best received one liner replies since then and have now been trying for a month to get them to collect the phone and refund. I would avoid buying from them at all costs.

Like-New iPhone 14 Not delivered

Ordered on 12/03/2025, should of arrived on 13/03/2025 and didn't. Phoned customer service on 14/03/2025 and it goes straight through to voicemail which I found strange!

No customer service, likely a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid at all costs. They lack empathy and basic customer service skills. I ordered a phone from them that was supposed to be “like new”. I received the phone 4 days after I ordered on 31st January which is fine. The same day I got the phone , I had issues with it. I could not even start the phone up. When I advised them of this , they didn’t even seem to acknowledge their fault or the inconvenience this had caused me when I’ve spend £400 on the phone. They arranged for Royal Mail to collect , and when they finally received the phone I hardly had any updates from them. The last email I had was them advising me that my phone was being repaired the Wednesday and would be sent out later that day. By the following Monday I have received no correspondence or the phone in the mail. I called them, and they said “oh yeah we tried to fix it and it didn’t work so we will just get a refund sent out to you today”

When was you planning on informing me if I hadn’t contacted you first??? I ended up getting my Money back on February 26th. Also a month after I ordered the phone. During this time I have been out of pocket and a phone. They were not apologetic. In fact I found them quite blunt and rude. Just avoid at all costs.

Excellent product excellent service
Ordered a refurbished iPhone during their Christmas shutdown period. It arrived the day after they reopened, looks to be in absolute mint condition, battery health 86%, very competitive price, very happy customer!

Ordered a phone a week ago. It said orders were taking around 4 days. Today received an email saying my order has been refunded? No explanation as to why as the phone is still available online and it’s actually even cheaper than what I just paid. No money back yet but keeping an eye on my bank!
