Ordered a phone for next day delivery 7 days ago. And so far no email, no contact and no phone. They did, of course, take my money straight away.
Phoned the number on their website and it cuts you off straight away. Messaged them via messenger and it says to email them. Emailed them and still waiting.

Ordered a phone with this company a week ago still not received and have not heard anything about what going on paid for next day delivery what a joke will not buy anything else with them

Awful experience. I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro ‘like new’ and though it arrived quickly the camera was completely broken and blurry. They say fully guaranteed working phone but I should have listened to the reviews - it was anything but. Contacting customer service was a weird experience. No politeness or pleasantries or a ‘sorry’ at all. Not even a ‘hello’ in the emails! Felt really unprofessional 1 word answers, like some dude is just sat at home replying to you and you’re being a massive inconvenience. They eventually arranged a return for me and then when the day came the post report said I wasn’t home when they arrived when I was. After checking, it turns out they had mixed up customer addresses and given Royal Mail a completely different collection address to mine, and I could view this other persons address so a complete breach of data protection! So this delayed another few days. After my phone was collected I had to chase to ask where my refund was. They didn’t tell me how long the refund would take or apologise. I had to ask. It took about 2 weeks to get the money back. Complete waste of my time and very stressful. I ordered from Back Market instead who are similar priced with FAR better service. Do not use this place.

very very good company. i brought an iphone 11 in excellent condition and it came beyond my expectations. phone worked perfectly. Battery health is anmazing. overheated a little at first but the phone is amazing. Would highly recommend. Will definitely buy again.

Thursday ordered phone for my son which was saying clearly next day delivery, on Monday just called to find out when is the delivery date, had very rude response in disrespectful manner
with the raised voice, that this particular phone took a bit longer as it is in excellent condition :)))), so I did cancel my order as luck of trust and safety, hopefully my refund will be done with no issue.

Excellent after sales service. I needed a replacement asap due to needing as daughter was going abroad and needed her phone within the next few days. Didn’t have the luxury of time to return faulty phone. They sent a replacement straight away without them being in receipt of the original phone from us.

Purchased a phone from these guys a few years ago and was completely satisfied then so when it came to my latest requirement I thought I would return. The phone I wanted was out of stock for a few months but I was in no rush so I waited until one became available. I received it a few days ago and am completely happy with it. The condition is exactly as described, in fact it's better than that in my opinion. Well done chaps, keep up the good work, I will certainly recommend you if someone should ask.

I was very impressed with my laptop Lenovo Ideapad order. As with many online orders from other companies, you rarely receive what you anticipate but my order from Used Mobiles 4 U took me by surprise. I ordered for an almost new laptop but I can assure you this was 99.9% new. I recommend anyone in search of a laptop online to go to their website and make your order. I will definitely buy from them again in the nearest future.

I ordered some AirPods and I paid extra for delivery between 1 - 2 days and it’s been 3 days still no sign of them and no more emails updating me where the AirPods are I’ve tried emailing them a dozen times but no response on a refund

I sent my phone back recently for a minor repair to the front camera and the work was done in very short time with no qualms and to an excellent standard. Updates were given throughout the whole process and I thoroughly recommend this company.

Very helpful sold them some phones very easy and stress free service and they pay the agreed price. highly recommended

Phone (S/N RFCT60X6TPJ ) developed intermittent wireless charging failure after a few months, initial and rapid repair did not work and after submitting video evidence of the phone not charging and stating my consumer rights they agreed to a refund. This is the second 'reburbished phone' that has developed issues and I will be sticking to a new phone in future.

Its Saturday still no reply from this company took me four months to save for a new phone and they just take my money shocking

This company took time to offer considered selection of phones against my needs. We ordered a phone Sunday, delivered Tuesday, described as like new, and it was. Price highly competitive. No reservations at all.
