The camera arrived but never worked, support failed to reply. When I asked for a refund they ignored me. This is an absolute SCAM. Never use this company

Terrible customer service, never responded to phone calls or emails. Don’t use this company!

How I wish I had read these comments before buying a trail camera from these scammers. At the moment I am £133 down and no camera and SD cards and no response to my emails. I am going to have to go through my bank to get my money back: here is another wish... wish I had used PayPal! I agree with many of the comments made about being a drop box for Chinese mass produced rubbish. I have tried looking them up on Companies House, but it seems they don't exist - keep changing their name very hard to pin down. I shall be contacting Trading Standards, this is fraudulent trading.

We purchased 2 cameras from Wyldcam, the functionality was extremely poor, no WiFi or Bluetooth connection even when stood by the camera and didn’t record onto the sim. We have requested returns address/procedure 5 times and have not been responded to appropriately, just an email to say thank you for your patience and they will be back next week. Next week comes and they do not respond. We are £169.99 out of pocket. Extremely disappointed. Do not use this company.

Avoid ordered a camera on the 2nd of august and it never arrived. Emailed them twice and got no reply but the bounce back email. When I called the company the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything because she was the receptionist only. So said she’d get someone to call me back but didn’t. Luckily I paid with PayPal so got a refund from them. Avoid this company

DO NOT USE. This company is terrible. I tried to contact them multiple times about an order that is almost a month late and have received no reply. I tried to contact them by phone and they hide behind a reception service and don't call back.

This 'company' now has changed it's name to Wyldcam. Same crap experience. Do not buy from this company, cheap prices, cheap product. None of the functionality that was promised. This 'UK company' delivered from china, just a dropbox to return stuff to. It took over 10 days to arrive. Camera is half the size it looks in the photo. Do not purchase from this 'Wyldcam' company.

Absolutely shocking company. I messaged about whether their browning battery tray would fit my camera and they said yes. I received it and it didn't fit and I have now been emailing and ringing them multiple times a week for the past 2 months and counting asking to return it and I haven't had one single response despite the external reception 'marking it as a priority'. I am now trying to get my money back via my bank. Shocking customer service. Awful. Do not buy from here!

Ordered a bird box camera and paid for 2-4 day delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later there had been zero communication. Emails & website chats went unanswered. The phone number is a reception service.

I did eventually received an email saying the camera was on back order and received a refund.

Avoid this Company. From my experience everything they say should not be relied upon. I ordered a wildlife camera - with free postage .... yes they charged me postage. It should arrive in 4 to 14 days.....it never arrived. My account showed that it was never 'fulfilled'. I must assume that if it had arrived the promise of a 2 year guarentee would also not have been true. Are they based in the 'UK' ? ... other reviews suggest they are not and they just have a letter drop in Neasden Lane, London.
If you ignore this review, I suggest you use PayPal or other payment where you can easily get a refund.
Such a pity you have to give it even a 1 star.

UK Wild Life Cameras

I purchased a Birdbox from this company. When it finally arrived it was not the same item advertised on their website. I want to return the item but I have been trying to contact them for two weeks via phone and email with zero response.

Avoid this non existent company at all costs. I ordered a sonic flame diffuser on the 24 April as a gift for my daughter and have still not received it . They have made numerous excuses, like they attempted s delivery but there was no one at home. Then it was being detained for inspection by Chiness Customs. Then they resent it and apparently there was a problem with the address which is all lies as we have goods delivered by other companies on a regular basis with no issues. Excuses after excuses which leads me to believe that it is a scam.. So disappointing
All I want is a refund of my money so that I can buy my daughter another gift.

Purchased item on 8th Jan, emailed several times, to ask whereabouts, no replies. Called telephone number, which is answered by a telephone answering service company, whoi tells you they will message them to call you back. This never happens. So i guess its one big scam operation. Wish I had done my review research first.

Great website! Don’t let that fool you, the address is a rented office in a business centre, nothing more, you will never get to to speak to shop staff, would be very surprised if there are any, your call will go through to a receptionist that will pass on your message this is not a shop that keeps stock for sale
Made the mistake of not checking on this site first, luckily paid through PayPal so will get my money back just no camera in time for Christmas
Spend your money elsewhere with a real company

Had to email them re-faulty bird box roof. The response was brilliant came back straight away and said they would send replacement in the next few days. That was four weeks ago. I am now emailing them every other day and ringing their receptionist every other day, no one ever calls back or answers my emails just get an automated response.
Such a shame because the camera is really good.
Will keep trying to contact

I have ordered a Browning Trail Camera Defender Scout HD. The seller seems not to care, I haven't received either a payment confirmation or tracking number. I have sent them an email, got only a general response with how busy they are etc. I am really shocked at that way of policy and now doubt everything about them. ...

I would strongly advise you to avoid this company. I bought a trail camera on line using Paypal via the website, on 6th October. The website seemed a little "clunky", so I started a long process trying to confirm they'd got my order. A receptionist fobbed me off, saying she would get "sales" to contact me but nobody ever did, after several calls and emails. In the end I had to open a case with Paypal, and escalate it to a claim. NOBODY from the company ever contacted me, and finally, on 15th November (6 weeks later) the money was refunded.

DO NOT! I repeat....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My partner bought me a very expensive camera box kit, it has NEVER worked. Tried connecting via 3 different routers in different family homes all with same result. We are all VERY technically astute people and understand the requirements. But it is obviously faulty. Ukwildlifecameras took weeks, in fact several months to respond, no aftercare, they simply advise you to send it back but could be charged if issue not found! No interest in helping or admission of fault, no refunds, nothing! Now they just ignore us. Despite how fancy their website MIGHT appear, do not be fooled. This company sold us a broken, expensive camera and have zero customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I am absolutely appalled at the non-existent aftercare that I have received. Having emailed in as was not happy with the way the camera was performing 5 times now since May 24. My family paid out over £200 for a trail camera for my 60th birthday and cannot rely on its use so it sits here - I have requested its return for a refund but nothing!!!! So upsetting and frustrating when their money has been wasted. I am still trying !!!

This camera has caused us so much stress. It has only worked very briefly. We are tech savvy but the wifi part of the system does not seem to function. I have done everything I am supposed to but I believe the wifi set up on the box is poor/defective.
I do not recommend this.
