We’re sorry to hear you felt the supplied fixings were not suitable. We use standard fixings for our signs, but if there was an issue with the fixings supplied, we would have been happy to investigate this. A photo of the fixings received would have been helpful, but unfortunately we haven’t heard from you directly.
