Really pleased with Bespoke sign
We are really pleased with our new slate house sign. It was great to find a company that could provide a bespoke sign as we were limited on space. It was also helpful to be able to put our road name, as we often get post for the next road along, so this will be a god send !
The quality was excellent, deeply etched so if the white painting ever deteriorates I will be able to it touch up. Went for oiled, so hopefully it will retain its great look for a long time. A choice of couriers would have been preferred as I panicked when I saw Amazon Shipping as the courier. They would not have been my choice as they tend not to handle parcels very carefully. However the sign was very well packaged and arrived quickly for a bespoke item , and thankfully safely.

Poor service, plenty of excuses.
From ordering to delivery took just under 4 weeks, and that was after chasing them up on their useless chat bot and eventually phoning. The phone call after 3 weeks of waiting seemed to get the ball rolling. The sign itself is fine, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I need quite a few more signs but after my experience with the UK Sign Shop I will go elsewhere. Addendum; after seeing my review UK sign shop states that the order was dispatched within 14 days. I stand by my review and their response is false.

I ordered a Summerfield Square slate
I ordered a Summerfield Square slate, 9 in Alfa Slab One, UV-cured ink print (bright white weatherproof finish). It looks great. Couriers seem incapable of delivering items to the correct residence, my old number didn't stand out, my new number stands out.

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties contacting us. The telephone number displayed on our website and social media is current, although we understand that Trustpilot had been displaying an older number, which has now been updated.
Regarding your order confirmation, we did respond to your enquiry and requested some additional details so that we could locate the order, as the email address you had contacted us from did not match an order in our system. We subsequently located the order and confirmed that the email address entered at checkout contained an error, which was why the confirmation and dispatch emails had not reached you.
We can also confirm that your order was delivered within the expedited delivery timeframe selected and paid for at checkout.
We’re always happy to help resolve any issues, and we ask that our team are treated respectfully when doing so. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, despite the issues raised, you are happy with the finished sign.

Very disappointed with my sign quality
Very disappointed with my sign as the white paint has discoloured and bubbled and is now peeling away.
The sign has been up for just over three years and this is the response I got from the company…
“Your property's location, being within approximately 28 miles of the coast and close to open countryside, may also result in more challenging environmental conditions for external signage. These are factors we highlight on our website, as they can affect the longevity of painted finishes”

As the sign has been installed externally for over three years, we explained that environmental factors can affect the longevity of painted finishes, particularly for outdoor signage.
