I’m really glad I ordered this before reading the reviews. If I had seen them first, I probably wouldn’t have gone ahead with the purchase, as many recent reviews say things like “scam” and “don’t buy.”

However, my experience was completely different. I ordered on the 2nd of April and received it on the 10th, with no issues at all. Delivery was quick, and the item was very well packaged.

The sign itself is amazing quality and looks exactly like the picture. I genuinely can’t fault the company.

I wanted to leave this review to reassure others who might be put off by the negative feedback. in my experience, this company is completely legitimate.

The sign arrived damaged so I immediately sent images and email on the same day it arrived. Than I requested if they had better quality signs and that I would pay more. But they did not respond to my email instead said they will replace the broken sign. They did replace by sending the exact same which I did not want to keep. They are not responding to my phone calls or emails by writing if they have something better.

Bought a sign which only lasted a few months before breaking. Liked the design so ordered the exact same size and design for it to arrive with the back mounting pins to be uneven resulting in 2 additional holes needing drilled in the wall. Will not buy from them again. Buy cheap buy twice!

Please do not buy from this company .
My door plaque arrived damaged and ive asked for a refund and they are ignoring my emails. They dont answer their phone and so is this company a scam that puts their own positive reviews on??

I believe they are a scam company! I ordered a house sign on 9th March and was told it was dispatched on 12th March and I heard nothing, after chasing them for the tracking number I can see that it’s just stuck on label generated and hasn’t changed at all, I flagged this to them on various occasions just to be ignored on the online chat and on email. I tried to call them today during their opening hours and it just rings to get cut off. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them if something goes wrong you will just be ignored. I’m not the only one to say this, it is now 5th April and still no response or product.

I have contacted this company twice for the plastic cups that were missing from the delivery to fix my new sign which I bought in December 2025. You get the auto reply to say a response will be given within 2-3 working days. Avoid this company. They are useless. Absolutely zero customer care and action from them.
20.02.2026 I now redact my review as the parts have turned up this morning. Whilst communication has been poor, the company has honored my request.

I have purchased a solar house sign and it got delivered really fast and looks amazing, make my house look so welcoming and nice! Wish I brought this sooner.

Came completely broken and snapped and even if it wasn’t the sign was all scratched and poor quality. They offered a refund that never came and then stopped responding to emails.

Customer service is non existant, no reply to emails, not answering phone line. Chat is more like a whisper. Our order came, we charged it up, fitted it. Looks good in daylight, but at night, the light isn't very good. It's at the wrong angle to illuminate the sign.
No response from this company for 7 days. Please avoid them.

Wow what a complete and utter mare we have had with our new plaque. The sticky stuff they use on the front to post out, Jesus Christ you need have some patience let me tell you! Spent absolutely ages trying and trying to scratch it off, they need to re think the brown sticker it’s an absolute joke. Does not come off easy whatsoever. Won’t buy from them again and wouldn’t recco.

The Aria Glow in the dark house number looks quite nice but the glow is faint and short lived. My main issue with this sigh is the way its attached makes it easy for anyone to pull off and it is very hard to properly align when drilling a rendered surface. Deep holes large enough to "swallow" the plastic fittings and a good slug of CT1 help with improving this.

Scammers don’t bother

Ordered 2 weeks ago, no correspondence about delivery - emailed and got one response back with a tracking number that is not valid, emailed back and now nothing and what is the point in having a phone number if no one answers it? Terrible, terrible service.

Absolutely delighted with our new House sign, easy to read and makes our front house look posher. Would recommend to friends and family!

Really pleased with my house sign. It looks great, especially when the light comes on and was easy to put up. I’ve already had a couple of neighbours comment on how nice it looks!

i ordered from this company a house number ,worst shopping experiance useless company ,still not got sign , thing is in time of scamers everywhere ,ghis lot call themselves perfect house sign company ,, then they become stiker wall ltd ????? what confuseing lot , will not buy again. i have sign now ,just confuseing company .2 names.

Sign has not been delivered at all - don’t respond to e mail at all. Beginning to think that this a scam to get your money. Please avoid using them. I understand that things go wrong but not responding to a customer is very poor.
Hopefully the sign will arrive.

Appalling service don’t use them they don’t deliver the paid for goods, no tracking available they are a scam company .
Order has finally arrived.
Company need to provide more updates on purchasing and tracking
