Honestly nothing wrong with company but the delivery has been a nightmare and it has almost been a month with out reciving the product, to the point I would prefer my money back.

I had an issue with my rainy 75 keyboard where it would be quite expensive to fix - I contacted the team and they were always quick to respond and offered helpful tips to try to fix the issue. As the matter could not be fixed without expensive cost, they have offered me a replacement keyboard - excellent customer service

I have had a problem with one of the products that I got for a birthday and after some likely troubleshooting, WhatGeek has offered to send a replacement free of charge with no return required. Was looking for a joint anniversary present and treat from my wife and I wanted a handheld retro gaming console. Settled on the RG556 and I couldn't be happier. Plenty of tutorials online to help with any game glitches, especially with PS2 emulation. When I decide to upgrade, I'll be back!!

I am a repeat customer, but this was the first time I've needed to contact WhatGeek UK regarding a problem with my order. I'm happy to say that they solved my problem and are sending out a replacement unit in place of the original which had a faulty hinge. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and service.

They sell products which are not in stock and then delay, delay, delay - avoid at all costs
