They were the best value I could find for the handheld I wanted by £15-20 or so, when I changed my mind later they were fast in cancelling my order for me. I'm expecting my refund to clear this week.

The product I purchased was discounted but they have offered a full refund that has yet to be fulfilled, but I think it will soon.

I can’t track my package anymore after it was handed off to a local carrier. Is it still going to arrive? It’s taking longer than it should for regular mail to make it the distance that it needs to travel.

I bought my first retro console ANBERNIC RG556 and was very surprised by a fast delivery and then by a very solid console capable to handle games up to PS2. Also, the screen is amazing and big enough and overall very comfortable to handle for long play session. I highly recommend it.

Managed to snag the keyboard at mega reduced which was an absolute steal. Package arrived after around 8 days, which although I didn't realise it was shipping all the way from China was still pretty quick. Loved tracking the little parcel with wings across China and then in the UK. Got plenty of updates on where my keyboard was at in the shipping process, and it arrived perfectly. It works great and the colours match my Deadpool themed gaming setup. Overall a great experience :]

I recently bought my 4th handheld from UKWhatgeek. I was happy as usual with the service. I got updated via email and customer services when my order was shipped. I ordered an Anbernic RG34XX SP and it arrived within a week, once dispatched. I am very pleased with it and would recommend this company to anyone looking for retro hand held devices.
