Thought it was a legitimate product but…
Thought it was a legitimate product but they’re a scam, all it is, is a bunch of emulators on a cheap android device. I’m out near 200 quid, their customer service only got in touch when PayPal sent them an email. Now the dispute is resolved (no confirmation of order it turned up eventually) they’re no where to be seen. The product wasn’t even new the SD card had been removed no manual or charging cable. The machine itself has a key logger installed which I thought a little weird. Avoid and just leave nostalgia in the past.
edit: So far since I've been in contact I have had an A.I ask me to provide a detailed video explaining my issue, while I have no issues with this it does seem a little odd, (I would suggest changing this to photos when required). I think a human has made contact as things are moving swiftly now and should have this problem resolved within 24 hours.
Problem resolved within 24 hours, swift and courteous responses, genuinely seem to care about customer service. Can’t wait to review the product itself the hardware for the price is exceptional. My initial review may have been typed in a fit of pique that’s on me, it’s my first review guys

Fast standard shipment, works, looks as advertised.
I ordered a keyboard, standard delivery (not the fast one). Arrived within around 2 weeks (to scotland). Not a single key is broken or lost. Works like I'd expect a new product to work. Had it for few months now and still performs like new.

Stop lies! You're just simply scammers ! I was ordered Anbernic rg557 which arrived faulty ! The replacement which you send wasn't Anbernic it's plush toy ! GUYS AVOID SHOPPING IN THIS MENTAL SHOP ! THIS IS SOME KIND OF TERRORISM NO RETAILERS !!!

I had a fault with the screen of my ANBERNIC RG40XXV Retro Game Console 256G.
The console itself was working brilliantly as advertised until this issue.
UKWhatgeek were helpful in resolving this issue and have communicated that they are sending out a replacement as it is within the warranty period.

First class customer service
Contacted WhatGeek as a newly purchased handheld console developed a fault. Not only did they reply to my email quickly but after sending them a quick video of the issue they agreed to send me a new console at no extra cost.
This is what excellent customer service looks like.

Customer service are brilliant!!
I placed my order late Sunday night only to realise when looking at my confirmation email that I’d accidentally ordered the wrong colour. I emailed straight away but not expecting a response for at least 2-3 days but to my surprise the customer service team had emailed back by 09:10 the following morning. I was easily able to amend my order to the correct colour easily and efficiently. The team have been nothing but helpful and I am very impressed with the service so far. I’m very excited to receive my product!
