Tulo are a great example of a small energy company offering what all customers need without being complex and expensive.

I had a smooth and hassle free experience with them. Their App is also very simple, topline and straightforward – it covers all you need it to do without getting bogged down in any complexities, bells, whistles and marketing etc

If they appear in your energy comparisons, don't discount them because they're not one of the big boys.

Tulo energy is a small company, this offers customers a very reasonable contracts over 12 months.
I have done this and will follow up with a second year.
There is no problem with customers that do not want any meter installation, this suits my requirements.
Tulo sends texts each month as when a new actual metre reading is needed to add to your account.

Great customer service and reasonable tariff across the 12 month period, just a shame they don't offer an EV tariff as I'd definitely switch to it if they did.

Excellent experience on the chat for renewal. Couldn’t find my renewal quote and after looking at the various comparisons sites for ages and going onto chat, George sent all info and a lot better price than other providers. Really happy and easy.

Good prices, responsive team. Submitted an incorrect reading by accident, emailed them, they got back to me very quickly and fixed the issue.

I spoke with George from customer service regarding my energy account, and he was very helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained my options and helped me find a good balance between getting a refund and keeping enough credit on my account to avoid future increases in my Direct Debit.

The whole process was quick and straightforward, and I really appreciate his support.
