It has been good on the cap. Nut going onto a fix now and if they have a cheaper deal you can only transfer to it if it another? But they don't have many fixes.
I have economy 7 and wanted to pay a single rate as I don't use much electricity at night, but they wouldn't let me. So many restrictions been a small company

The chepest in my area. I am revewiing my rates every 6 months minimum and for the last 2 years I cannot find cheaper tarrif. Straight forward, not so much functionality in the App but enough to get by and see the basics, but definetely the most competitive. The only reason I switched from them, because they do not have EV rates. Once they setup these kind of tarrifs I am defitenetely going back

Tulo was the best variable gas and electricity supplier when my current fixed tariff ended with Eon, hence the switch.
Putting my meter readings into their online system was a doddle and all bills reflected my numbers, no guessing games here.
I switched to another supplier after a battery install to go with my PV panels as Tulo didn't have tariffs that are good for battery systems, otherwise I'd have stayed with them.
Communication was always fast by email.

What amazing Customer Service. I felt that my query was dealt with swiftly and without any fuss and bother. And they were super helpful, making sure that it was as easy as possible for me to get my issue resolved. Almost proactive but at least prompted me to get 2 things done at the same time! Changed my Direct Debit arrangements and lower my monthly amount!

I have just renewed my contract with Tulo for the second year. I like the fact I can put my readings in each month so get an accurate bill. Their prices were better than most other companies and any queries I have had I’ve been able to phone or email them and get a reply more or less straight away. Keep up the good work Tulo
