Very responsive and professional customer services. Freely and promptly refunded payment when it became problematic to install cartridges without the chips and proposed cartridges with chips. That was good! So easy and quick to install. Any future purpose would definitely be with chips.

Great after service
I purchased HP compatible printer cartridges and they are fine. What was even better is that I telephoned the company about a printer problem, which in the end wasn't related to the cartridges, but they gave me sound and detailed advice about how to fix the problem and the printer is working now. Great after service.
