OMG I couldn’t be anymore happier to write this post!, I have suffered with server acne for a very long time ever since I was in from the age of 14 it started until I was referred at the age of 17 to an NHS dermatologist which was ok but my acne later came back looking more angry, probably 2 years after finishing the first lot of roaccutane. I have been struggling ever since the age of 19 with adult hormonal acne and have tried so Many skincare routine and nothing was working I was wasting money after money!! I just didn’t no what else to do. I was looking through Instagram one day and saw that a young lady had been to Tretdirect for her acne she was also a hormonal acne sufferer!!
I looked into tretdirect straight away and researched them and saw that to have a consultation was Free!! I was shocked because normally private dermatologist charge a large amount of money for a consultation. Within 2 days of requesting an appointment the DR did a WhatsApp call with me and discussed the treatment and the after care and also the side effects of the drug!! After a long conversation I decided it was time for me to do somthing about my acne, I emailed to say I was happy to go forward with the treatment and within less than a week the Dr had sent out the home blood test kit via Royal Mail which was really easy to do!! I sent the bloods back and within 48 hours my blood results came back and my medication was dispatched almost straight away!! I couldn’t believe how quick the process was!! Within a week to 10 days of my first conversation with the dr my medication was at my house and I had started my treatment!! The NHS was a waiting list of 5 years!! I couldn’t believe how quick it was!! I had regular check ups with Dr Divya and great care!! Everyone has been amazing and I couldn’t thank them anymore!!! I’m so pleased with my skin!!! 6 months I was on the treatment for and it has been amazing!! Of course with everything there is side effects and I was very lucky the only side effects I had was dry eyes and dry lips!! It’s a short price to pay!! My skin has never been so better and I couldn’t be more thankful to the team for helping me and providing great care!!! I would deffiantly return (hopefully my acne doesn’t come back) but if it was to ever return I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Tretdirect!!!

Well where do I start? I have suffered with acne ever since I was 14 years old, I have been with the NHS dermatologist once before when I was 17 years old and luckily for me the treatment worked but not long after I had my first child the adult acne started to appear. Unfortunately I suffered with adult acne since the age of 19 which as you can imagaine I was devastated about, my confidence hit rock bottom again and after many years of dealing with the adult acne at the age of 25 I decided it was time to start looking at private dermatologist. I had heard that the waiting list for the NHS dermatologist was around 5 years and I wasn’t willing to wait that long, so while I was scrolling through Instagram one day I came across Tretdirect and looked and done abit of research on there web page and with great thought I contacted them via email and they offered me a FREE!!! Consultation which is amazing because most private companies charge you for a consultation!! I was amazed at how quickly I managed to get a consultation and Dr Divya was absaloutly amazing she had explained to me thoroughly about how TreyDirect manage and care for there patients with regular check ups with the Dr every month!!
From having my consultation within a whole week the bloods where sent out to me which I thought was amazing at how quickly it was. After I had done my bloods which was done via post office and everything came back clear, within 24 hours of my blood result my medication was dispatched to me!! This happened all within 10 days!. Dr Divya had explained how much my dose was and she even explained everything in an email aswell.
From my experience of taking roaccutane which this would have been the second time I have recieved amazing care from the Trey direct team and my skin has never been so amazing. I am truly happy with my results and feel so much better for it!. With regards to the side effects of the medication I only had dry lips and dry eyes I was pretty lucky with regards to the side effects which I suffered anyway with when I first started taking roaccutane when I was 17 years old.
If I could give this service more than 5 stars I would, and if my acne ever returned (hopefully it doesn’t ) again in the future I would be sure to contact Dr Divya again and have another consultation.
Lastly I would like to say Thankyou to the whole team at Tretdirect for making my skin beautiful again and making me feel more confident and the best I can be, without you guys guiding me through my skincare journey I don’t no what I would have done, so Thankyou all very much.

I had been suffering with acne since I was 15 years old and had finally had enough after trying every treatment out there (topical, antibiotics, contraceptive pills, diet changes). I contacted my doctor for a referral to a dermatologist however the wait was at least 8 months (and even longer to then actually start the treatment).

I started looking at private options and came across Tretdirect which looked ideal! No waiting to start treatment (I started within a week) and still supported with monthly assessments and blood tests to check everything was going OK.

It took about 5 months to stop having active breakouts (although CONSIDERABLY less than before treatment). I am just coming to the end of month 6 and am now very happy with the outcome. My skin is clear and so soft. I just need to work on the scarring now which I have been given advice of what products to use to help this.

No regrets with this treatment, I would recommend to anyone who has been suffering and letting their acne affect their mental health for such a long time. I only wish I had found Tretdirect sooner!

TretDirect had been one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I went to see the GP, the NHS waiting list for roaccutane was 12 months, and I knew my skin and mental health couldn’t wait that long. TRETDirect came at the perfect time.
The process was so easy from the start. Everyone at TretDirect was super caring and friendly from day one. I had a phone consultation first followed by an at home blood test which was a bit scary but super easier with very clear instructions. When my bloods were all clear and approved my medication arrived through the post within the next few days. So convenient and very fast service!
My TretDirect doctor is always on hand to answer any questions I have whenever I need her. Emails and calls are responded to very quickly, I have never felt alone in this journey.
My monthly check-ups always reassure me that everything is fine, and gives my doctor a chance to monitor my progress and adjust my dose. I always have a monthly phone call with my doctor, as well as sending over pictures of my skin and proof of a negative pregnancy test to make sure I can continue with the medication. Everything is done very thoroughly so I always feel safe and assured that I am being looked after by the TretDirect team.
The whole process has been seamless so far, and with only 2 months to go, I am so so happy with how my journey has been. This is my second round of roaccutane, but my first with TretDirect, and I can safely say I feel very well looked after and supported.
I highly recommend them to anyone considering taking roacctuane. Having everything in the comfort of your own home makes everything better I think. I am very grateful for their support throughout this journey and I would do it again in a heartbeat :)

My experience with tret direct has been amazing from start to finish. I was originally sceptical however after an initial email exchange with the lovely Bill, who reassured me of the process and has been helpful throughout, I decided to book in for my free consultation and I’m so glad I did!

The consultation was booked within a few days of first contact and I had a chat with Tret Directs dr who agreed that after trying everything for my skin (antibiotics and all the lotions and potions drs can offer plus a round of accutane previously) a second round of accutane would be the best option for me. I was again made to feel at ease and the whole process was explained.

I sent payment and just over a week later I had had done my blood tests and received my medication and was able to begin treatment. Everything was sent directly to me and it was all so quick and easy!

Every consultation was friendly and the whole team are reliable and quick to respond to any queries I had. The dr was so knowledgable and made me aware of any side effects I could have and able to offer ways to minimise the ones I experienced too. I only had dry lips and a few aches and pains but it was nothing like the horror stories you hear online. I’d say I sailed through treatment and would do it again.

I have now been given a medical grade skin care routine to follow to better the skin I now have. I feel very happy for choosing tret direct! And if you’re thinking about accutane treatment and don’t want to wait months and months for NHS referrals these guys are the people for you! Also in comparison to other private dermatologists the treatment price is incredible.

I have had terrible acne for as long as I can remember and I tried everything with the NHS to get rid of it, went to various different places for facials and treatments and nothing worked. I’m 24 years old, I have suffered from hormonal acne for over 12 years now and I’ve been through it all: antibiotics, birth control pills, spironolactone, and all the topical treatments imaginable. All these treatments weren’t reaching the source of my acne and it would instantly return as soon as I came off them. When I finally decided on Roaccutane, I sought treatment via the NHS, but my acne returned a year later.

This was the most time I’d been acne-free since I was a child, so I knew I had to try the treatment again. Going through TretDirect was a breath of fresh air. My current area’s NHS waiting time for an appointment was 22 weeks, but TretDirect managed to get me an appointment within 3 days! I should have known this was a great sign from the start because the convenience and speedy service has only continued.

After filling out an initial, quick survey about my medical history and the current state of my skin, I was assigned my dermatologist and an appointment at the time of my choosing. I have to say, having an appointment from the comfort of my living room was such a welcome change to having to go and sit in a hospital waiting room - especially during these COVID times. My dermatologist was lovely, welcomed any questions I had, and put me on a higher dosage than I was previously on with the NHS, with the intention that the results should be more permanent this way. My medication was dispatched on the same day as my appointment and arrived in 3 days. I was even given a Royal Mail tracking link so that I could make sure I was home when it arrived.

For those who haven’t been on Roaccutane before, you need to have a blood test before you begin, and then a few times throughout the treatment. TretDirect ensured that they could cater for everyone by giving you three options on how to have the blood tests done. You could go to their labs in London to have the blood drawn then and there, you could book something in with your GP to be sent off, or you could have an at-home test sent to you. I chose the home version and they sent me the whole kit with easy instructions and tips on how to do it properly. I had struggled with one of my blood draws on one occasion, so asked for extra lancets for the next time. They were more than happy to provide, which gave me so much confidence that I was being looked after.

I’m now just over halfway through my 6-month treatment and my skin is completely clear with minimal side effects (just dry skin/lips and occasional joint stiffness in the morning - nothing major). I’m looking forward to enjoying the next couple of months while the Roaccutane does its thing, and the end result is clear skin without medication for a long time. By the time my treatment ends, my NHS treatment would have only begun! Can’t recommend TretDirect enough - quick, easy, and amazingly convenient!

I started to suffer from hormonal acne in the last 3 years and done everything to try to get rid of it. I started to focus on skincare, and I tried vitamin c, azeliac acid Niacinamide, tretinoin, all the ordinary recommendations, and all the inky list recommendations. You name it and I probably tried it! Some may have given me really short-term improvements but I would always end up to square one. Considering tretinoin is the strongest and most effective active out there and I stuck to it for a whole year, I was still breaking out and being left with hyperpigmentation. I heard about Accutane treatment and tried to get a hold on the NHS dermatology service, but the waiting list they put me on was absolutely ridiculous.

I happened to stumble across TretDirect on Instagram and I was excited to learn that the first consultation with the doctor through TretDirect is FREE of charge so I quickly sent an email to have my first consultation. I was able to get a consultation that week. The doctor was very detailed throughout the consultation. She answered all my questions and I felt reassured, and I decided to go ahead with the treatment.

I was a bit worried about taking the blood test at home but it was so easy! The instruction manual and recommended video to watch was really helpful. I had a friend who just started her roaccutanne treatment the same time as me but she was going through the NHS and there was so many difficulties for her to get doctors appointments and she ended up going through a whole month or 2 without medication, she was really frustrated and I’m actually so glad I went through it privately as I am being looked after so well.

I did experience some minor side effects like dry lips, sore muscles, and minor headaches, dry eyes and I unfortunately did get impetigo, which needed a round of antibiotics to get rid of. The TretDirect team we’re very responsive to my emails/ calls, and they gave me fantastic advice about how to cope with them.
I am really enjoying the fact that my hair never gets greasy, and all my blackheads popped out of my nose and there is not a single blackhead there! (Thank you Accutane)

I’ve been struggling with my adult acne for years. Similar to you who is reading this right now, I have tried everything to finally get my glowy skin back - not that I even remembered how it looked like, but all I wanted to do is not feel pain anymore from those ugly pimples. Roaccutane has SAVED me! Trust me when I say this: there is nothing better that can work as amazing for your skin. I was having multiple thoughts in my head before I’ve started my treatment, but my doctor at TretDirect has assured me that: side effects are bearable and that there was nothing stronger on the market. And she was so right. My side effects were quite ok, I had dry skin most of the times, I only had to wash my hair once a week (a good thing) and my mood was impacted in month 3. I managed to get out of that state with the help of my doctor who always advised me to report any changes, so we can go on a lower dose, but it wasn’t the case.

The treatment is so easy to do: you receive everything you need at home (tablets, pregnancy tests) and you also receive a blood test kit that you need to do at home and send back to the lab.

Besides the amazing results I have noticed, I have to mention the care and guidance I had received from TretDirect. They were responsive to questions, the check-ups happened when they were supposed to, and didn’t have to chase TretDirect to organise anything.

They were great at guiding me and offering me all the information that I needed to feel more at ease and cope with the treatment.

I have suffered with moderate to severe acne for all my adult life. I actually got used to the acne when it was moderate, but it became a real problem for me when it would become more severe. It wasn’t just about how it made me look, the acne became unbearable.
