I have just finished my 6 month course of roaccutane with TretDirect and i am very pleased to say I couldn't be happier with the results. The doctor then gave me clear instructions on how much to take next etc. Any questions i had were answered - the doctor i had is very knowledgable and knows what she is doing, i felt safe in her care.
Its come to the end of my treatmemt and I'm just hoping the results last a long time. I'm discharged from their service but there is an aftercare package (includes prescription for products to use post roaccutane) which I have opted for.
I've never had to chase the team to get anything done, i always received my appointments at the right time and anything else i needed - very efficient and organised service which i love.

I have suffered from acne since I was around 12 years old. I am now 23. It has negatively affected my confidence for as long as I can remember. They are also organised well in advance. I really cannot fault the service! Within about 10 of taking Roaccutane I saw it starting to work and within a few weeks my breakouts completely stopped. I am now about 4 months into my treatment and my skin is the clearest it’s ever been. I feel so much better within myself. I have had no side effects other than dryness of the skin and lips but this is manageable and definitely worth it as my acne is now cleared. I would absolutely recommend TretDirect to anyone struggling with their skin who is struggling to get the treatment they need on the NHS. It is 100% worth the investment and I wish I had done it sooner! I am so thankful for the service as it has really made me feel better about my skin and having the medication delivered straight to my door has made the whole process stress free. So I’ve had acne for a good few years now and I’ve tried everything from antibiotics to creams and serums and nothing would ever work for longer then a couple weeks or my skin would just get even worse from trying so many things! Every time I tried to get somewhere with my skin I would always feel like I was being silly for wanting help! The doctors would constantly go over creams to keep trying and made me feel like my acne was nothing to worry about but to me it was.

So eventually after a few years of trying to seek help for my skin I decided to go privately at a clinic near me. They looked at my skin and told me that peels and treatment done at the clinic would help my skin this would be costing me a lot of money and not even knowing if it would definitely help! So I asked about roaccutane and she told me how much it would cost and how long I would have to wait! Obviously the waiting part was something I didn’t want to do as this is something I have done for a while now! So she sent me away and got me to purchase some expensive skincare which then ended up making my skin worse.

So a few months after I decided that I was going to look elsewhere as I didn’t get anywhere with that clinic and I was feeling even more down about my skin by the day! There was no waiting list and as long as I was fit and healthy and my blood was ok I was ok to start treatment! This was all done at home so I had no anxiety about driving to busy cities or booking time of work. She was so helpful and made me feel at ease about going on the medication.

Getting the medication was so quick and easy and I was literally able to start the medication in a week of my consultation! I got told my bloods was absolutely fine and I was ready to go ahead and start my roaccutane journey! I had consistent support and use of emails and a phone number to be able to get hold of anyone if I had any problems, which you would not get if you went with the nhs! So I had a checkup every month and I Also had regular blood tests to make sure everything was going ok. The checkups was really helpful as my doctor would talk through any concerns and help my course run as smoothly as possible.

So over all I can’t recommend tret direct enough from there faster pase service and help throughout my journey which just made me feel so much more confident and comfortable in my course! My skin now is already so much more clearer and I don’t have to wear any foundation or anything which is amazing as before I couldn’t go out without it! This has definitely been a real confidence boost and I can’t thank tret direct enough❤️

I've had acne for almost 12 years and nothing has ever worked. It got to the point where I was so down about it and thought that Accutane was my only option. Previously I was too scared to go on accutane because of the scary stories about the side effects. I wish I hadn't listened to this to be honest. I should have gone straight for this medication. I kept thinking I could stop my acne by diet, topical products, antibiotics, spironolactone, birth control.. you name it. Nothing ever helped though. After 3.5 months on accutane I stopped getting pimples all together. This has been the best feeling and honestly made me not want to stop the medication. I kept thinking I’d get these crazy side effects. I can say that the dryness was totally bearable – I just kept moisturising, using spf every day, and using gentle serums. Eucerin/ aquaphor was a life saver for the lips. I honestly didn’t even mind the dryness that much. A plus was that I could go a week without washing my hair. I did get a little muscle soreness and towards the end I could feel it impacting my emotions slightly, but again this has been totally manageable.
I've never gone 3 months without a single pimple before! I'm left with quite a bit of scarring but they prescribe you with topical retinoids which help keep the acne at bay (fingers crossed).
I would definitely recommend tretdirect if you want an easy, straightforward, no fuss option. I randomly saw them through instagram and didn't think it was real at first. I don't think i would have gone on accutane had it not been for this company. NHS is just too complicated and it was way to expensive elsewhere. TretDirect are super effective and fast with communication. They sent everything within 3 days and I seriously had the medication within 3 days, no fuss. Amazing! And best value I could find out there, other options were close to £3,000.

I had previously been through a course of isotretinoin a few years ago and was aware of the great results it can give. Unfortunately, after a stressful period in my life my acne returned quite badly last summer and despite the topical creams and antibiotics prescribed by my GP nothing helped. I knew from my last experience that isotretinoin would be the only thing that would work to clear my skin so I could regain my confidence.

I stumbled across TretDirect on Instagram, and I am so grateful that I did! The NHS waiting list for isotretinoin is 9 months in my area, and I would have still been waiting for treatment now. The first consultation was just a week after I made contact with TretDirect. This was free of charge with no obligation to go ahead with the treatment. The doctor’s assessment was thorough, and she identified that my previous treatment provider had not prescribed my maximum dose which may have contributed to my relapse. It was very helpful to have all the side effects clearly explained such as dry eyes, dry lips, dry skin, muscle pains to name a few. Although the side effect of dry hair and not having to wash it as often is a little bonus! I was also recommended a number of products to stock up on prior to starting my treatment to help control the symptoms.

For as long as I can remember, I have always struggled with acne. The reason I started accutane because I was really struggling with my mental health due to acne. I had been trying to sort treatments out for it even contacted gp but they wouldn’t do much and then tret direct came up on my instragram page and I was intrigued. I contacted them and they got in touch with me very quickly. The whole process was so smooth. There was no hassle at all whatsoever, I started talking to my doctor and had my blood tests and then next thing I know I’m on the treatment. To consider treatment so cheap when everything out there is so expensive. The consultations by dermats alone costs like £300-500 per session and to find smth like this I was delighted.

The whole time I was on the treatment it was pretty good for me to be fair. At the start there was a bit of outbreak but then it calmed down and then I’ve had to adjust doses as the doctor said. Had 2-3 blood tests in total I believe and it was convienient as well since they sent the blood test kits to your home rather than going out and saves time. Right towards the end I started to experience a few of the symptoms such as nose bleeds and that’s like I’d say the last 2 weeks on the treatment. However, it did give me a bit of depression and I struggled a bit with that but in terms of other issues not so much. I had also experienced a bit of joint pains but that could also be due to lack of Vitamin D so perhaps might be smth to do with the medication itself.

I had my consultations quite often as well so if I had a concern I’d speak to my dermatologist and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everything was very smooth and professional and to say this all happened without me having to make extra effort. If I had a query I would email them or discuss them at my meeting and the entire staff is very professional so they all helped and were responsive.

I am almost finished with my treatment now I have about 6-7 days to go and I’m quite happy. My outbreaks are gone. Just have a hyperpigmentation so I need to work on that however I was advised not to use anything during the treatment even sometime after the treatment as well. But I am satisfied with the results and I hope it only gets better from here. I will highly recommend it if you are struggling with it. The process is worth it.

I have suffered from acne since the age of 15 and at the age of 24 I finally came to terms with the fact nothing was going to help get rid of it apart from Accutane.

I spent 8 years going to through the NHS to the doctors and tried multiple medications that never worked. I then got told it was a 2 year wait until I could even have an appointment to see a dermatologist!

I found tret direct through Instagram as a girl I followed was having treatment with them. I decided to take the plunge and get in contact with tret direct. The replied almost immediately and got me a consultation straight away. My consultation was with a doctor and was free of charge. She was knowledgeable and answered any questions or queries I had.

After the consultation she told me that accutane is the right thing for my skin and within 4 days my treatment had arrived. It was very clear with what I needed to do and all seemed extremely organised. I had consistent check ups every 4 weeks which were formative and really helped me through my treatment.

I’ve struggled with cystic acne for the past 4 years, I’d tried EVERYTHING in an attempt to clear my skin, from rounds of antibiotics from the Dr’s which only lead to poor gut health and worsening my skin. I’ve tried beta carotene, chemical peels and abrasive facials. I’ve tried every acne prone skincare under the sun. I came across tretdirect while on my initial course of roaccutane, once this course was over the nhs were pretty much unhelpful when it came to my acne coming back so soon after finishing the course. Following on from this I didn’t want my acne to come back as bad as it was so I went with Tret direct for a maintenance dose to help keep my bad skin at bay for good!

I'd had acne for around 12 years, tried every single thing to get rid of it including every type of topical cream, antibiotics, you name it but didn't work. I'd done alot of digging into accutane as a last resort and asked the doctors for a referral to a dermatologist. It had been around 6 months and I still hadn't even had a letter from them and when I asked it was around a 12-18 month wait, I really couldn't wait that long, my mental health was really suffering because of how my acne was affecting me.
I saw TretDirect on an Instagram ad and decided to go for it - I'd checked alot of dermatologists and the price for any of them was sky high just for the consultation never mind anything else. I have always had acne to some degree, but when I came off hormonal birth control it got so much worse. I have just finished my Roaccutane treatment through Tret Direct and I cannot recommend them enough! I had struggled with acne for over 10 years and have tried countless over the counter products, creams, antibiotics, and contraceptive pills with no success. Whilst doing some research I came across Tret Direct. At first I was a little sceptical as it seemed too good to be true!

I had my first appointment within a few days of registering my interest. The doctor was very thorough and informative, but the main thing for me was that I actually felt listened to for the first time. The blood tests arrived quickly and were so much more convenient to do from home, then before I knew it I had the medication in my hand - nothing like the amount of time I would have waited through the NHS. Doing the whole process from home also meant that I didn’t need to take any time off work for appointments.

Any queries I had throughout my treatment were responded to super quickly. The monthly check ups were organised well in advance at a time convenient to me. Appointments were always on time and, again, I felt that the doctor really listened to me and was able to offer great advice and answer any questions I had.

I’ve just come to the end of my (second!) experience on Accutane and with TretDirect and hopefully this can help others choosing to go down the route privately.
I previously took Accutane in 2018 with great results, but after coming off the pill my adult acne came back with a vengeance and no amount of expensive topicals, creams or serums were making a difference. I reached out to the NHS initially and with a waiting list of around a year, thought I would try private instead.
TretDirect were super responsive and understanding of my situation, I had already had another blood test with another company who were so slow in getting back to me so I basically transferred everything over to TretDirect and started my course within 3 weeks of contacting them.
The initial consultation was free, we went into depth about my skin history, what to expect, what results to expect and lots more information on the whole process.
I was definitely worried about the whole thing being virtual, but check ins (monthly pregnancy tests and consultations with the doctor to check on your well-being and any side effects) were so easy, convenient and thorough and I felt looked after the whole time. The doctor prescribed me with vitamins when I got mild joint pain from the pills (an expected side effect) and I was in regular communication with the team who would always get back within a couple of hours.
As this is my second round of Accutane, my skin cleared up very quickly (within 2 months), side effects have been really manageable and going through all of this has been the best thing I could do for my mental health.

I sought treatment privately with Tretdirect as with the NHS I had been waiting 2 years for an appointment to see the dermatologist! With Tretdirect I had consultation almost immediately. Before I found Tretdirect my acne was making me extremely depressed and I didn’t know what else to do!
At first I was apprehensive as all the checkups and consultations were online etc. Whereas in the past I had face to face appointments however I was able to send
pictures and contact my derm at anytime and have a response almost immediately instead of a typical once a month check up.
The consultation was quick, free of charge and the Doctor was lovely! In the first consultation we spoke about my skin journey, when my acne started and what I’d already tried.
