Superb, whole team - cannot recommend more highly

I highly recommend Skindoc. They guided me through my isotretinoin course, addressed all my concerns, and gave excellent follow up care and advice during treatment.

I’m honestly super pleased with Skindoc! I didn’t expect them to be this good. I was a bit apprehensive at first because everything is happening online but the process has been so SMOOTH and super quick so far. I truly recommend them. I’ve been struggling with my acne for so many years and I can’t wait to start my treatment 🥹

We got in contact with skindoc for our teenage son, who was suffering from painful acne.
He'd done a few rounds of general creams and medication from our GP, and were advised a referral for an NHS dermatologist could be up to 12 months - this was no good to us as our son's self esteem was at rock bottom.

We're now into about a month of our son's skindoc/accutane journey and it's been great - his skin has improved, he's got some of his confidence back and the overall support/guidance/advice from skindoc has been second to none. We'd received the prescription within 48 hrs, emails are answered quickly and nothing is too much trouble.

It absolutely pays to go private and we can't recommend enough.

Had a dermatology appointment, quickly arranged (one week wait) and was taken seriously for my concerns for persistent acne despite other treatments. Haven't started treatment yet, but happy with my first appointment to get things started

I’ve used this service in the past and previously had a very good experience, which is why I booked another consultation recently.

Unfortunately, my most recent appointment with Dr Emma Amoafo did not feel as supportive or collaborative as I had expected. I felt that I had to lead much of the conversation myself, and some of the concerns I raised, as well as the photos I had uploaded beforehand were not discussed. The interaction also felt quite impersonal, which left me feeling a bit uncomfortable and self conscious.

That said, the admin and customer service team handled my complaint very professionally which I appreciated. Because of my previous positive experience and the way the situation was resolved, I’m still leaving an overall positive rating.

Initially I thought the whole process was taking a very long time in terms of getting the medication.

However, I realised that the doctor had to make sure it was medically okay to prescribe. This meant having a blood test and once the results were received and the doctor was satisfied, he issued the prescription.

I would therefore recommend the company - as they are medically competent.

Ease of use, availability of doctors, the whole experience has been seamless.

After being refused treatment on the NHS and faced with a long waiting list. I researched private companies as our daughter was at her wits end with her skin. Skindoc was able to see our daughter quickly and the price was the most reasonable compared to other companies available.
The dermatologist we were assigned (Natalya Fox)was extremely knowledgeable and understanding and put our daughter at ease.
The treatment has been life changing for our daughter who experienced minimal side effects and is now at the end of the treatment after 8 months and has got her confidence and smile back.
Appointments with Natalya were easily accessible and fitted in to our busy schedule often being later in the evenings, the system was easy to navigate and understand.

Ive been with skindoc for like 5months now and i would say that its the best decision i have ever made and thank you for the blogger who referred me to them. Dr Sree was really wonderful and guided me all throughout my treatment. Im nearly ending my course and its really worth it. I know some of you guys that have tried accutane experienced a lot of side effects but lucky me only joint pains and fatigue but nothing unbearable. And i already saw improvement on my skin within the 1st month course and spot free after that. I think only key to battle dryness as well is good skincare which is more of protecting skin barrier.
