Might need chasing to secure refunds
When I needed to change appointment - to an unspecified future date (after recovering from COVID) - Eurofins system would offer only a future DATE.
When I emailed, I was impressed to get a swift response at Christmas
But then no more responses by email when I cancelled/requested refund
Nor was my refund processed until I telephoned again to chase (no explanation was offered)
On the phone Eurofins were efficient at strange hours - hence better than 1 star

The PCR test was not accepted by the…
The PCR test was not accepted by the airline. Their guys are doing tests that are called 'fit to fly' but our mother was refused the flight. The airport staff told us many people are having an issue using Eurofins. The inconvenience cost me over £200, a missed flight and a lot of stress. I want a refund a d compensation!

Thank you for your review. We apologise for any issues that you had with your certificate. We do advise on our website to check to make sure our tests are accepted by your travel airline and country. This is up to you as a customer to check this.
"Need to travel internationally? We have Fit to Fly tests that will ensure you get to where you need to go. If travelling from the UK and your destination requires a negative PCR or Lateral Flow (antigen) test result, you can book your COVID-19 test with us to receive your Fit to Fly certificate valid for international travel.
Be sure to double-check with your airline your destination's current COVID-19 regulations for the most up to date information on which test to take to enter the country and when you need to take it before departure."

I was told by the staff what to do and…
I was told by the staff what to do and after parking the car we tested ourselves! My husband got confused and we had to ask. It would have been quicker if the staff who handed the kit done the test! Overall service was good. Thanks

It took 4 phone calls and over 5 hours…
It took 4 phone calls and over 5 hours to get the official results for a fit to fly rapid antigen test which was performed at a drive through and I had to self test and provide a photo of the results of the test. Service was atrocious and will not be using again

It would have been useful to know that…
It would have been useful to know that the TrustOne App needed to be downloaded to your phone before arriving on site. This made the process lengthier than it should have been. My wife recorded her results before I did. My certificate was sent within half an hour but it took nine hours for my wife’s certificate to become available. This obviously caused some concern as we were assured by personnel on sight that the certificates for a negative test would be produced within 3 hours.

Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. The usual process is that customers receive an email detailing that they will need to download the Trustone app prior to attending and we apologise if you did not receive this. One of the team onsite should have been able to assist you with this. We are also disappointed to hear that your wifes certificate took so long that would have been stressful. Although we aim to have them ready in the 3 hour time frame there are some instances when this has not been the case.

Purchase
Purchase, lab testing and results very good. Drive through centre poor, .difficult to find. the staff in the hut all wearing high viz waterproof jackets did not meet us at the car they made us get out to collect our test, and show our paperwork very poor as it was bitterly cold and we are elderly and had no coats on. We were then instructed to go to the opposite end of the car park to do the test. This is very different to previous drive through experiences we have used.

Used fit to fly at Heathrow for RT-PCR
Used fit to fly at Heathrow for RT-PCR test for dubai, all worked well. Results back within 5-6 hrs when we expected 24hrs. Excellent thx.

Your information and guidelines were very prof.essional and helpful to us.
I hope you will be helpful and constructive to us, when we arrive at your Centre, as we have never done anything like this before, and though I have a mass of helpful documents the procedure see.ms to be fairly complex, and we will have only 3 days before we take off to Australia. One of those days is a Sunday, so will our test results be ready before we take off on Tuesday, 22 February? Please could you confirm this? We look forward to your service on 19 February.

Due to confusion I booked a fit to fly…
Due to confusion I booked a fit to fly antigen test on my return from abroad to Heathrow Airport instead of a day 2 test. Later I also booked a day 2 test with Eurofins as I needed a booking reference number for my passenger locator form. Attempted to call and sent e-mails to get the first booking refunded but I did not get any response. I did a PCR test with Randox instead. Noone called me to discuss why I did not attend my test with Eurofins. I DID NOT GET ANY REFUND EITHER. I FIND THEIR SERVICES APPALLING JUST TO MAKE MONEY IN THIS PANDEMIC. I WANTED TO RATE THEIR SERVICE AS ZERO BUT DID NOT HAVE THE OPTION. VERY VERY POOR.
