Took a drop in fit to fly PCR test for our trip with British Airways to Dubai.

Test was taken at local Bristol travel agency at 14:25, with results emailed by 05:25 the following morning.

I uploaded these to the BA VeriFly app which accepted them and allowed us to checkin in advance knowing we’d met travel requirements.

I had been quite concerned but the service was great and enabled us to have a very enjoyable trip.

Physical/human process was all fine. But you need to sort out your computer system as we only got our results after 23 hours of test and that was only after me having to contact customer service at 4am to try and ensure we got both results and certificates in time for flights. Customer service were responsive but they still had issues accessing the results and creating the certificates due to whatever computer systems in place. Therefore didn't know if we'd even be able to travel til the last minute. Eurofins is a decent company that I use for work purposes with few issues but this new covid testing thing seems like it's been too new and processes not quite there yet.

I booked pre-departure lateral flow tests which have to be taken within 24 hours of departure. They claim to send the results after 15 minutes. When we took the test at the Ashford site we were told the Trustone system was down but should be up in an hour. 6 hours later I received an email saying the certificate was ready. When I logged in the systems just said no data available. There is no phone number to contact them with, just an online contact form that says they will reply within 48 hours. By this time the site had closed. At this point our stress levels were huge. We could not afford to miss our eurotunnel departure so had to book more tests with a different provider which required a 4 hour round trip to Gatwick. Eurofins finally replied at 2.00am 12 hours after the results should have been provided. They have not replied to my subsequent emails and complaint. This is the second time I used them and both times their system was down. They only get 1 star because zero isn't an option. They won't get a third chance.

Excellent service and price. sadly we didn't get to test but we were refunded according to their terms and conditions . Customer service was efficient too.

Oh my goodness just been reading how many people have been let down by Eurofins and getting away with it gone to rip off Britton with Angela Ripon may be they can help please people stay away from this company it's madness they shrug it all off

Easy to book, easy to find test venue and quick turn around on results. Getting the results was easy as I’d logged in to the portal prior to email saying results were in.

Eurofins fit to fly test is not acepted…
Eurofins fit to fly test is not acepted by most airlines. It needs to be stated that the test is done by a medical professional. In most cases eurofins make u take the test yourself! This is not valid for fit to fly and is complete waste of money! Do not book ur fit to fly test with them. If u do make sure its done by someone eles and not self assisted and make sure this is sated on the certificate. I know atleast 5 people who have been denied boarding with the eurofins fit to fly test. This caused us to pay again for another test at the airport and of course u have to wait a few hours for the results to come through! I assure you, you will miss your flight if you book a fit to fly test with this company.

Very impressed from start to finish. The booking process was simple. When we arrived at the Asda Car park testing station, the woman was polite and helpful. We completed the test and received our results around 40 minutes later. I went on-line and downloaded my cerficate. All set to fly tomorrow morning! I will definitely use Eurofins again.

Beware, the test is not carried out by a health care professional, it is self tested, for instance to satisfy Barbados immigration, the test has to be performed by a health care professional. I have at very short notice had to find a facility that uses a health care professional to take the swabs. However, a well set up facility, quick and efficient staff. My only complaint / observation was the lack of instructions on what to do to take the swab, where to place the "stick" etc.
