The drive through at Heathrow and Email title issues
The drive through at Heathrow was just a portakabin plonked in a car park with a few cones placed with no thought to the person using this.
We flew in early morning from the States, took ages to find the place with it being off site as such.
We were handed the boxes and told to either do in the car or take home and do.
Considering these tests were nearly £30 each. I believe Eurofins/Trust One are going to be making a lot of money from this.
In addition when I was trying to enter both my wife and I, we could not use the same email and once mine was in process I could see nowhere to add. If I had cancelled mine and then opened again it would not let me use the same email again.
We are abroad again late February and am unsure if I would use your service again

Service was hastle free. Received the test result within 8 hours. However it was difficult to find the drive thru location near Heathrow Terminal 4. Could have been better sign posted.

I only gave 1 star as got to airport and PCR wasn’t accepted as it wasn’t done by a registered person 😡

Late test result.
My test result did not come back within 24 hours and I had to chase it up. Eurofin staff explained that an incorrect button had been pressed! It was then belatedly forwarded to me.
Better system of checks required.

excellent on-site experience
The on-site person at London Heathrow drive-through was very professional and helpful in explaining the process and helping us to set up and log in to our account to receive the results.
The testing procedure on the packaging could be better as it wasn't clear what the absorbent material was for.
The directions to the testing centre confusing, postcode drove us straight past it and the exterior signage not very clear.
Results through after 7 hours - outstanding!
Otherwise a good experience.
