Dear Michelle,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear you felt this way, however we would like to clarify that the initial quote was sent on Sunday as soon as we were able to confirm availability. As this was a cruise sailing with very limited space, we had to review options over a 24-hour period due to the dates being fully booked at the time of your enquiry. During this time, we were actively checking for any cancellations or newly released availability to try and secure the best possible option for you.
Once availability became possible, we shared the quote and followed up to ensure you didn’t miss the opportunity, as cruise spaces in this period can be taken very quickly.
We’re sorry if our follow-up messages felt excessive, our intention was only to keep you updated and ensure you didn’t miss out on limited availability. We always aim to be transparent and responsive, especially when dealing with high-demand sailings.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication going forward.
Thank you
