We made a booking with Hannah a couple of months back but I wanted to make an amendment.
Hannah was as helpful second time around, if not more, and nothing was too much trouble. I had a lot of questions and queries and Hannah responded and updated in a timely manner and has been incredibly helpful.
Highly recommended.

Ashley was extremely helpful with assisting us to make arrangements for a holiday in Istanbul. With timely replies and alternative suggestions, he was very accommodating 😊

Grace was absolutely amazing at tailoring my request for quotes for a holiday.
Straight and to the point with precise questions and giving clear precise answers.
Would definitely recommend Grace, and hopefully will be able to use the information she gave in the future. Will be contacting her again for future Disney enquiries and holidays.

Hannah at Travelgate was absolutely brilliant! She found us the perfect deal for a family of 7 to Disneyland Paris. She answered every question we had and made sure we had all the information we needed. Her help and customer service were fantastic, and she made the whole process so much easier. Megan had the mission of finding me a holiday . I knew exactly what I wanted and she was very patient with me . Unfortunately I had to put everything on hold but will definable come back to Megan when I am ready

Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was as so patient and took her time to assist me on what I wanted. I would 100% recommend. I was concerned as never booked a holiday through WhatsApp before but it was seem less. 10/10

We have just booked a trip next year to Istanbul & Cappadocia. Joanna Reid was amazing. She was so helpful & extremely patient as we had to make several changes. Joanna went above & beyond & nothing was too much trouble. We are planning a few trips next year so will definitely be contacting Joanna again.

It was just a general query but Megan couldn’t have been anymore helpful! Megan always kept in touch and spent time pulling information together on cruise options which ended up being a pretty good deal. Still to decide on next steps but Megan has made an impression and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again and go ahead with bookings - thanks for being so helpful!!

I have been dealing with Veronica Brown for just over a week and she has been very professional and replied as soon as possible with any questions I had over our vacation. DO NOT USE. Booked a trip with them to krakow with the auschwitz trip included. They SEND VOUCHERS NOT TICKETS you need your driver/tour guide to valid them to get your tickets. Thing is our coach/tourguide never showed up. We did not know about the vouchers until we made our own way there. Could not be exchanged without tour guide. Called the company not helpful just resent info. Also info was poor no time for pickup from hotel. We then called the ticket company only for them to tell us the tour had been cancelled a few days ago, the company didnt tell us. They then found us another tour for our last day only to receive another cancellation. Yet I could go on numerous websites buy tickets for extortionate amounts of money! So basically they dont want to pay that price. So basically the trip we paid for we haven't received and they think a refund for the tour is reasonable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, poor communication, shocking lack of information given to you and you have to chase them for basic things! Shocking!

I’ve had a great experience looking into my special holiday with Veronica. This is the first holiday with me and my boyfriend’s children and we are celebrating our 50th birthdays. Nothing has been too much trouble even though I have gone back so many times. Highly recommend travel gates and Veronica is wonderful.
