Travelfro me estafó con boletos aéreos. Nunca me enviaron los boletos y ahora no me contestan por ningún medio. Alguien que haya sido también víctima de estos estafadores ha logrado de alguna manera recuperar su dinero?

Complete Fraud
Purchased 2 tickets. Night before flying sent email of tickets.
Get to airport that afternoon. Southwest didn't show the names and or reservation. Called customer service, they said southwest cancelled, and we tried calling you. Complete lie. So asked them to reimburse, gave run around, they wanted 2 hours, to rebook. I'm standing in line at southwest. I couldn't get stranded in this city. Southwest only had 3 seats left. I needed 2. So I asked to reimbursed. I Purchased 2 new tickets. I was waiting to board they called and said we just rebooked you. I said no, I want refunded. Back and forth they said I would be reimbursed $630 in 7 to 10 days or 2 billing cycles. That was June 7th, its now July 18th. I get either an email everyday or it's in process. Complete FRAUD!!

No se que pensar...Yo ya había tenido buena experiencia comprando con Jestcost, pero en esta ocasión me derivaron a Travelfro y por la experiencia previa en general acepte. Hago un primer pago por un monto X y recibo mensajes en WhatsApp avisando de un cambio en el precio de dichos pasajes y la necesidad de adicionar el triple de la cantidad inicial. Después de mucho conversar y negociar acordamos una cantidad menor a la que me estaban solicitando y Elena alego que estaba aplicando la mayor cantidad de descuentos posibles y finalmente el total fueron $749.00 por 3 pasajes directos ida/vuelta lo que no era un mal negocio a pesar de que era un poco mas del doble del precio inicial. Elena me comento que podríamos mantener contacto atreves de email o WhatsApp mientras recibía los pasajes finales 24-48 hrs antes de la salida y totalmente falso pues su ultima actividad en Whatsapp fue el junio 20 y no han respondido por ningún medio. Todas las mañanas recibo un email diciendo que recibire los boletos en breve pero no los recibo. Lamento no haber encontrado esta pagina antes de hacer la compra. Es una estafa totalmente.

I regret using this booking service. Not only was I charged more than expected, but the agent didn't even inform me about flight changes or cancellations until it was too late. When I tried to reach them, they were unresponsive. Worst experience I’ve had with an this travelfro agent.The agent was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they caused. I will never book through them again.

Does travel operators and then there's this outfit whatever you do don't even click on their website one of the worst experiences I've had for a long time and I luckily didn't get as far as a booking so it could have been worse

This company is a scam-bait-and-switch tactic. I purchased a ticket because the price was lower than what I saw on other websites. After I made the payment, an agent called me, claiming that the ticket was unavailable at the price I paid and that I’d need to pay more to confirm the booking. When I refused and asked for a refund, the agent claimed they’d already paid the supplier and couldn’t refund me. I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. This company is fraudulent and should be banned. Don’t fall for this scam—I’m certain any positive reviews are fake.

Untrustworthy Experience with TravelFro

I booked an air ticket with TravelFro at a specific cost, but after making the payment, they began demanding additional funds to finalize my ticket. This raised serious concerns about their legitimacy. I found numerous negative reviews after my purchase, which added to my distress.

I have tried reaching out for help, but the lack of communication and support has been frustrating. I do not recommend using TravelFro for your travel needs. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I wish I had done more research beforehand.

Scammers, avoid at all costs.

Price'n'FLY/ Travel Fro -They are big-time Scammers. They will offer you a cheap ticket and once you make the payment, they will tell you that the Airline has cancelled the tickets as the flight is full and will offer you a ticket which is more than the one available everywhere else. The catch is, if you ask for a refund, they will tell you that they will deduct the cancellation fees and refund the remaining one, even though you have not cancelled anything. Please BEWARE of these SCAMMERS.

Fake company and they make us in a trap

This company is a big scam. I purchased 2 tickets today. Later Travelfro called me he told me the tickets were standby. I told him I didn’t know this and ask for a refund, told I couldn't. Hung up on me I then called my card company immediately canceled my card so they couldn't take money from my card.
Do not trust them, the positive reviews even look fake. SCAM!!!

Using the website pricenfly.com, a search engine, we attempted to book two tickets from London Heathrow to Detroit, Michigan, for travel between Sunday, 8 September 2024, and Thursday, 19 September 2024. The website redirected us to an agency called travelfro.com, which provided a quote of £1071.96. As this was the best price we had found, we decided to proceed with the booking. Please note that the website did not include any additional information regarding seats, meals, or baggage; it simply stated that the booking was for two economy seats.
After completing the payment and receiving a confirmation email, we received a call from the agency shortly thereafter. The caller informed us that our initial payment had not gone through due to technical errors on their side. He said he would send us a separate link to complete the transaction, after which we would receive our booking confirmation. He reassured us that all flights between London and the US come with a 7kg baggage allowance. We told him we would make the payment after confirming with our bank that nothing suspicious was happening. The bank confirmed that the payment had indeed not gone through, so we proceeded with the transaction using the link provided by the agency, which redirected us to another website called travel-hut.co.uk.
We called the agency back to confirm this redirection, as we had been dealing with Travelfro, not Travel Hut. They assured us that Travel Hut is simply their merchant and that we could proceed with the transaction. After completing the payment, the agency representative said we would receive the Delta Airlines confirmation within the next hour. After waiting two hours with no confirmation, we called the agency again. This time, another representative informed us that our tickets did not include seat prices, meals, or baggage, and that we needed to pay an additional £800 for these services. Shocked, I requested a refund, as this information had not been disclosed prior to booking. They refused, citing their policy against refunds.
I called the bank again to report the situation and found many reviews indicating that others had been scammed by this company. The bank advised me to contact Delta to confirm the booking. Delta informed me that there was no confirmation under my name and that they had never heard of this agency. They flagged the company for fraud on their side. The bank then cancelled my credit card and instructed me to email Travelfro and Travel Hut to request a refund and to document the situation.
When I called Travel Hut, they denied any association with Travelfro, despite the partnership being stated on Travelfro’s website. This led me to believe that the scam was more elaborate. Soon after, I called Travelfro for a refund. They said they would keep a large fee if I insisted on a refund. I informed them that the bank had given me two options: get the refund directly from Travelfro/Travel Hut or let the bank dispute the payment after 15 days. The agency then promised to issue a refund by 2 PM the next day (Friday, 5 July), but we received no call or refund.
We informed the bank of the ongoing situation. They advised us to email Travel Hut directly to create a paper trail and to request their terms and conditions for the bank to use in disputing the case. However, our email to Travel Hut, sent to the address on their website, bounced back with a message saying the address was not found. Travel Hut also stopped answering our calls. The good news is that the bank did get our money back.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY!!

Use this site at your own risk. I booked round trip airfare for 5 people from Tampa to Sacramento and was quoted a price of $311 per ticket. They took my credit card and, I assumed since the flights are shown as out going and return, they were available for purchase. The next day I received an email telling me to call their customer service number. Their representative told me the return ticket was not available and the best price I could get was almost twice what the original tickets were. I told him to cancel the transaction and he said it was not possible. I was stuck with them because the out going flight was available. Their site offers these low cost round trip “basic” tickets but it then recommends buying the “standard” tickets for twice the price! Be forewarned! They are going to screw you and they don’t offer any lube!

I made a reservation with Travelfro for a $240 round-trip ticket MSP to CUN. Receiving no confirmation from Travelfro, I called the number on their website, There I was informed that Oh My — $240 is just for a standby ticket; the actual price is $672. This is a scam and I will now attempt to lodge a complaint with the site on which they appear.

This is a scam company. Booked a flight and I asked if my friend can get the same price so they called me they told me the amount I paid was merely to hold the reservation, and that the actual price was an additional $197 or more. I told them to cancel the transaction, they said it was non-fundable and I can get a crefit. I asked to speak to a manager she said the manager does not get on the phone. A COMPLETE SCAM. All the positive reviews here are fake. I called my cc company to dispute it. Also this company called me 5 times prob bc I told them they are a scam and reporting them

When I called, they told me the amount I paid was merely to hold the reservation, and that the actual price was an additional $500. I told them to cancel the transaction, they said it was non-fundable. A complete scam. All the positive reviews here are fake; notice every one of them mentions the name of the person they spoke to.

Booked 2 tickets, got a call saying they were standby only, asked for a cancellation and refund, told I couldn't. Hung up and called my card company, no charges yet so immediately canceled my card so they couldn't charge me, and ordered a new card. Do not trust them, the positive reviews even look fake. SCAM!!!

Ok , I think this company is a big scam. I purchased 3tickets today and when your associate called me he told me the tickets were standby. I told him I didn’t know this and ask for a refund and was told the company doesn’t do refunds.

Exactly what the reviews said they would do they did.

There are no cheaper flights---used the same excuses that it was cited they would.

They are absolutely scammers

With all the reviews one would think they would change their narrative.
