Ok , I think this company is a big scam. I purchased 3tickets today and when your associate called me he told me the tickets were standby. I told him I didn’t know this and ask for a refund and was told the company doesn’t do refunds.

Total bait and switch
Exactly what the reviews said they would do they did.

There are no cheaper flights---used the same excuses that it was cited they would.

They are absolutely scammers

With all the reviews one would think they would change their narrative.

If you have time to waste then book with this company. The price you book online is not the price you will get when they confirm. They will tell you the flight only had a certain amount of seats that are sold out but they do have availibilty on another flight that is at least $500 more than the original booking. I was offered a ret trip with Sun Country smh. Do not be suckered by the low fare. If it's too good to be true it probably is

SCAM!!!! They are show a price in the website that is with a really good price and after book the flight, they called me to offer other flight because they can provide a ticket with the price that was in the website. Flight from Delta Tampa Indianapolis May25 to May 29 for $150 and the called me to offer other fly from Orlando to Indianapolis for $300

Camilo was very patient with me not using Travelfro before and got me a airline ticket for 1/2 price . So feel at ease using tra Travefro for all your trave needs .

Same basic issue as others, but I gave it a chance as the rating for the company is still overall positive. Booked airfare, received initial, no follow up email with the actual e-tickets. Called and it was a bait and switch, you paid the amount to hold your reservation we need more money to actually make your reservation speech. Would not let me speak to a supervisor. I made complaints with BBB and the airline to try to get the word out.

I ordered airline tickets online today with Travelfro and gave all my info and credit card, I was told I would get an email within 4 hours. When I did not, I called, and they said Delta would not honor and I would have to pay twice as much. I contacted Delta who stated this was not true, and this company is doing a bait and switch. The supervisor and I did a 3 way call to Travelfro and the representive hung up on us. I just checked again, and they still have that same flight listed. If they were a legit company, they would honor their prices.
This is defiantly a scam!

Absolute frauds. I booked my flight, they took money from my account, then said there was no flight and wouldnt give me back my money to re book another flight.

With all the confusion of air travel today. Carlos managed to filter through and navigate a lot of issues with these flights. He provided excellent service. Which is appreciated and should be commended for his effort.

I was assisted by a fine gentleman by the name of William. He helped me secure a seat after I’d been bumped by my original flight. I feel lucky to have such good service.

PLEASE READ!! ALL THE COMMENTS ARE CORRECT This site travelfro its a Scam!! I booked my tickets Friday 01/13/23 from SJC.NAS they send me and email confirming the reservation, i wanted to reconfirm the next day the rep told me flight is full they could get me better deal went from $124.00 to $794 each person. THEY ARE FRAUDS tried to charge cancelation fee $229.00 the next day!!

Gracias Camilo eres una gran persona y el servicio es genial

William Jones was very patient and very helpful I’ highly recommend his services customer was very great

Yes, this is bait and switch. I wish everyone researches this company before booking with them. Low priced tickets on the site and get a call back that those prices are not available. And customer service then offers a different airport, airlines and much higher price !!

DON'T USE this company !!!

I have recently booked a very important flight and was nervous about dealing indirectly with an agent from one of the many discount brokers. But when I interacted with your agent Kylie I felt extremely comfortable mainly because of her transparency and quick follow-up to my questions and concerns. I will definitely book again through Travelfro. I got a good price and felt confident during the process. TY Kylie!

Do not trust this reservation system. My booked $258 r/t for 2 became $1078 the next day and the woman who called me was so happy to tell me that she was doing me a favor and giving me a 50 percent discount off of Delta's price. I thought it was a scam so I went directly to travelfro's web site and there once again were the cheap prices, but none of these prices were actually available. Classic bait and switch. She told me not to worry and after I paid the increased price I could check with Delta that it was legitimate...yeah, that sounds like a good plan.

So true with the many other reviews as to being careful using this travel agency. I purchased tickets and get a confirmation number, but then later get a call from William saying the seats are sold out. The only way to get e tickets for the already paid tickets is to pay an additional price of $239 per passenger. Beware of their scam tactics!!!

William Jones did a good job. He worked hard to fix an unforeseen problem.

I was assured by Tyler. Very quick, informative and patient with me and my requests. It was a smooth transaction, he helped me shop around for what fit my budget and I am quite impressed at the services rendered. Thank you, I am excited for my upcoming trip!
