Tour guide was excellent
Tour guide was excellent. It was well organized. Tour guides provided every single detail before visiting a place.
Tour organizers need to provide transfer options from/to hotel because it costs time, effort and money which was unexpected. Otherwise it’s not worth the money.

Regarding the hotel transfers, this is a thoughtful decision we have made to help ensure the tour starts on time, runs smoothly, and allows us to make the most of each stop along the way. Extended hotel pickups, particularly during busy morning traffic, can significantly reduce sightseeing time and lead to schedule delays. This approach helps us provide the best possible overall experience for our guests.

Great day in Tokyo with Shish
Shish was a great guide. He was very knowledgable and eager to help with any questions about Tokyo. The tour was fun and a good intro to the Tokyo train system. Overall my family had a great time!

TOURIST JAPAN planned our holoday
My wife and I have just completed a 14 day tour in Japan organised by Tourist Japan. They organised our tours, accomodation and travel between cities. We had a comprehensive itinerary. We also received daily emails for the next days tour. When we had a query they responded very quickly. We have seen so much more of Japan than if we had just found our own way around. I would certainly use Tourist Japan again

Best of Tokyo in a Day
Jiro was our guide of our small group of 4–1 Canadian and 3 Americans. What I liked about booking with Tourist Japan is its emphasis on small tours with knowledgeable guides. Jiro took us to a great sushi spot for lunch that was not only delicious but also rather affordable…local tips and insider knowledge are always the best. I’m doing another tour with him tomorrow!

Great fish market experience with Aki
We did street food tasting with Aki. He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all of our questions. He introduced us to many good food and snacks. We had a great time. High recommended the tour!

My sister and I had the pleasure of having Aki as our personal tour guide (with 4 other people). We were very fortunate to have had such a lovely experience walking around Tokyo city through the imperial palace gardens, ginza shopping district, harujuku district, shinbuya crossing and more. What a delightful and insightful perspective from a local. Some highlights made my day even more special- celebrating my birthday with a special treat at Haru sushi restaurant. Highly recommend.
