Reiko, Awesome Fun Guide
Our Tourist Japan Guide Reiko, lead our group for Best of Tokyo. She was awesome. She made our group feel welcomed. Reiko was funny, talkative and calmly handled a slight nervous situation with a person in our group who had an unexpected situation happen. Made the group feel like a family. Highly recommended Reiko again. She needs to lead more tours. I gave five stars or more if I could have.

Enjoyed Geisha tour
We met our friendly guide, Yukari for an interesting tour of the Geisha district in Kyoto. She was very knowledgable and we could tell she enjoyed explaining the history of the Geisha. We walked up and down many streets and stopped at a variety of buildings that told the life of a Geisha. We were very pleased with Yukari and the tour.

Best Day Ever
We had the absolute best time on our 'Best of Tokyo' tour with Aki today! He is an incredible guide—so knowledgeable about Tokyo's history but also full of super helpful tips for getting around the city. He was even thoughtful enough to surprise us with chocolates, which was such a sweet touch. Between the amazing lunch and Aki’s hospitality, it was a truly special day. 10/10, thanks so much!

We had a great experience with our tour guide Mai. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She spent much time with us in the Tsukiji market- providing a delicious tasting experience. She gave us a good history of the temples and shrines. I would highly recommend Mai to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you Mai.

We love Jiro
Our tour guide was Jiro and he made the day tour SUPER fun and interactive. He was very knowledgeable about the different spots and was very attentive to every member in the group. Would definitely recommend to have Jiro as your tour guide in Japan!

Day tour in Tokyo
We had a wonderful guide, Jiro, who helped us before the start of the tour to reserve seats on our train for the following day which we could not have done without him. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to accommodate us. The group was just 4 of us (myself and my husband, aged 60, and two young women in their 20s). Jiro was so engaging and friendly and we all got on like old friends. He was very knowledgeable about the history and traditions of Japan and we learned a lot. Many thanks Jiro!

Our tour guide Zero-San made the tour an enjoyable experience and we were delighted that he was so involved, interested, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the journey and we were very pleased with how he was able to make the tour more enjoyable and memorable. He should be commended for his efforts and dedication to the tour and for making us feel like family. Other tour guides could learn from his experience and professionalism. Job well done. I usually don't write reviews positive or negative but this one really earned it!
SCAMS! FRAUD! If you plan a tour in Japan will transfers from hotels and pick up don't go with them because you'll have your trip of a life time ruined and end up hating your trip!
As my first trip to Japan i chose Tourists Japan, 11 days budget around Japan small group. 1900€ ( started at 1500€ and because the payment it's not working for this purpose the price goes up every time you're try to make the payment) here is my fault for insisting to pay after the second payment failed and seeing the price going up.
as it looks that they have good reviews.... negatives here and there about payments and not much about the tour agency, more about the guides which don't belong to tourists Japan as they're hired as a third-party.
The tourists Japan located in Tel Aviv not even in Japan! good luck try to get in touch with them about emergencies because you're screwed on this area, they make it very confused about your locations and addresses besides the bad services they provide and many lies on the website put in nice beautiful words to trick you into buying it!
In these 11 days I've met and asked all the guides and tourist that booked the same as me about their opinions and experience with tourists Japan Lo and behold! Same crap experience from all of them and also the guides that hear same negative opinions from the customer that booked with tourists Japan.
I've tried getting in touch with them thru WhatsApp which is impossible they don't bother as they have a bot answering to you all the times about how to book and plan the trip. Using it as an excuse if you complain that they're not answering.
After a long frustrating and upsetting week finally getting in touch as they say with super boss... Bar is his name!
Cool guy try to explain bullshit to me about my itinerary and what to buy from shops where my problems were totally different, finally he said he would give me a credit of 200€ thinking he can buy me with that when they scammed me with 1000€, i calculated all the costs, hotel, trains, activities is around 900€.
Keep in mind that 11 days they count 1st day arriving , 1 free day, last day leaving including in the price.
I recommend do everything yourself as you'll spend less money and end up loving your trip!

On pricing, any changes following failed payment attempts reflect dynamic hotel rates in Japan, which are standard across the travel industry, and are not deliberate.

We were going to Mt Fuji yesterday (4…
We were going to Mt Fuji yesterday (4 Jan 2026) and we were advised that we should at least 15 to 20 minutes earlier as the tour bus would depart sharp at 8 am but the guide only appeared just before 8 am with most of the guests waiting in doubt.
The lady guide probably never introduced herself or the Japanese guide or the driver. The PA system in the bus was unstable.
We were rushed through the tourist destinations only to find Mt Fuji could only be reached at the first car park. We returned early and back to Tokyo by 5 pm.
The weather was fine but the English speaking guide is not up to a professional standard.

Disappointed for the following:
-no transfers from/to the hotel and meeting spot. I needed to waste my time, energy and money. Left in the cold and dark, and I believe it’s not worth the money I paid.
- walking tour at night 4 hrs in the cold. I didn’t feel my feet and leg for days. Getting a cab after 10.30pm was a mess.
Tour organizers need to review and modify with some care to the safety of the travelers.
