I spoke with Florence about the lid of my cool flask flashing red. I received very quick response and genuine concern about the product. As soon as all proof and details were sent off I had a reply to say there will be a new lid on its way to me. All emails received as well to show it is on its way along with a message to say shes happy to help with tracking too! Overall took around 10 minutes maximum from start to finish. Overall very very good experience

Rang twice now for straws for my 2 autistic sons juice cups as they both bite them.
Both times the agent has sent me straws free of charge even though I have offered to buy them.

I am currently pregnant and expecting triplets and already have a three year old son. As we all know buying everything you need for one baby can be overwhelming and costly never mind three. I was encouraged by a memeber of my local community hub team to contact baby brand to see if they offer any for of schemes as she was aware some do. I messaged Tommee Tippee and received a response from them within minutes. All though they informed me they don’t currently do any of these kinds of schemes they were so helpful/kind and offered to send me some bottle free of charge to help me and my babies. They have sent a beautiful box of 6 bottles and the two members of staff I spoke with Martin and Beth were both so helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

The BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time from Florence!
I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with constantly pumping, washing and sterilising on what feels like a never ending cycle and wanted to purchase spare parts to lessen this overwhelm (but also because these do need to be replaced periodically and some parts are showing signs of wear) however not all of these parts are available to purchase on the website.
After speaking to Florence on the online chat, I now have multiple spare breast pump parts being sent out at no cost, even though I was willing to purchase these!
Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed. Contacted support on their live chat function on the website - Nicholas responded live at 2am and sent out the relevant breast pump flange inserts free of charge. All resolved within 5 minutes! Amazing service from Nicholas, thank you!

I called in regards to a parcel that hadn’t arrived and by the afternoon It had been sent straight out and delivered . The lady I spoke to was so lovely and helpful ! My problem was solved so fast would highly recommend.

I purchased a Prep Go Formula Feed Maker and experienced an issue with the hot water flask. The flask appeared to be missing a sealing ring, resulting in hot water escaping during use and causing a minor burn.
I reported the issue immediately and provided photographs and video evidence. Despite this, I was initially told that no refund, replacement or goodwill gesture could be offered until the product had been returned and assessed, which could take several weeks. This would have left me without both the product and my money whilst the investigation took place.
After significant escalation, Tommee Tippee eventually agreed to issue a refund before assessment and offered a “goodwill” discount code but was the same as an offer that was currently in place and available to everyone!
The return process then became problematic. I waited at home for a courier collection which was recorded as unsuccessful. Whilst the courier provided a photograph of my property, there was no knock on the door or doorbell and I received no call, text, card or effective notification that a collection was taking place. As a result, the collection did not happen.
I then offered to return the product via a prepaid postal method instead. Tommee Tippee advised they could only reimburse postage costs after I had paid them myself. As a parent of a newborn, I did not feel it was reasonable to continue incurring costs and inconvenience to facilitate their investigation.
Ultimately, Tommee Tippee refunded me and instructed me to dispose of the product rather than return it for assessment and this is a potential safety risk to other new parents! Be aware!
My frustration is not only with the product issue itself, but with the amount of time, effort and escalation required to reach a resolution that I believe could have been achieved much earlier with the final outcome showing their lack of care for the consumer and safety of their products.

Contacted customer service as mybabys PrepGo Portable Formula Feed Maker wasn’t showing the star to say if the water was cool enough a girl called Florence immediately sorted this for me got me a replacement straight away nicest girl so nice to see people who actually want to help mums ThankYou again cannot recommend tommee tippee enough .

Well, what can I say from a premium brand like TT.
From sales, customer services to after sales team... they have been amazing.
My conversation & correspondence was with a lady called Susie from TT. She went above & beyond to assist me with a exchange process I needed for my premature baby.
Her mannerism, personal touch & insight for my circumstances were so heartfelt.
My overall experience with TT was great & I'll be for sure coming back as a customer.
