Super good variety of cheap sweet, super cheap membership with big rewards !!

My friend and I ordered from this site looking for kawaii items. Tofucute.com does not disappoint in its variety of kawaii as well as other items. The quality of products is nice too. The website itself isn’t too complicated to use. Just note that the store is based in the U.K. So the default currency is British Pounds. This can be changed easily to the currency of your choice. So far the site does what it advertises to do, which is bring quality and cute products to its customers. Where the bad part comes in, is the shipping. After ordering from the site my friend and I checked to see when our orders would come in, and it said 2-4 weeks, which seems like quite a while, but the store is not based in the United States, so I let that slide. If you are new to this site, be wary of that, you may have to wait close to a month for your order to ship. Speaking of shipping, the site allows you to track your order but does not specify what date it comes in, it just said for me “2-4 weeks”. This made the tracking aspect of this site a bit useless. However, I can overlook this due to the store not being based in the U.S. Overall. It’s a great site and provides good quality but only if you’re willing to wait. Despite its flaws, I would still recommend this site if you are looking for a site with Kawaii products or items similar in theme.

I bought a large, white-fur sloth plushie from TofuCute. Their service was really fast; the item was dispatched on the same day the order was placed, and delivered (to NZ) in just a little over a week.

Five stars would have been given if it weren’t for the packaging. The parcel I received was considerably damaged and partially open - there was no protective wrapping or cushioning material. This raises the concern that the item could have fallen out, gotten lost or dirty at some point during delivery. That would’ve been inconvenient as the plushie was bought as a gift and was a little expensive (~$83 NZD). Luckily, the item itself came undamaged and was exactly as described/shown on the website.

Other than that, I’m fairly pleased with the purchase and would recommend the store to anyone interested! I’m not sure if they pack all their products this way but for international buyers, just be aware.

I contacted customer support recently regarding the expiration dates on some products prior to purchasing as I intended to get them as a gift for someone.

Customer support was very helpful in this instance and replied to me promptly with a detailed answer. Very grateful!

My partner ordered me some items from tofu cute yesterday to cheer me up as I have covid. I’ve always wanted to order but it’s rare for me to treat myself so never had. I am so so impressed with everything I got. And how quick the items arrived (less than 24hrs!!!) so I may have accidently ordered more things today!

I have ordered from them multiple times and never had an issue. They respond quickly to emails and are always so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend ordering from them! My personal favorites are the amuse puchimaru charms! They are so cute and little and this is the only place I can really find them!

While most of the items I received were fine, several boxes I received were dented. First they denied having received an email from me at all, then when they finally replied, they blamed the damage on the postal services (when clearly the package should have been better packaged in the first place) and refused to refund as apparently the damage wasn’t significant enough. They said ‘the box can be pushed together to look normal’?. I already stated it’s a gift so clearly don’t want to give creased boxes that are clearly in bad condition. They offered I either send them back, suggesting they planned to reuse them in other orders?! Or offered a £1.50 voucher. This doesn’t even cover half the value of the items that were damaged. Not an acceptable response.

Exceptional service! My order is delivered quickly every time, and packaged well when I order fragile items like the Ramune. Will definitely keep buying!
