Overpriced, faulty or flawed old stock which they state on website as minor defects that are acceptable. Can find cheaper variety of Sanrio characters at T.K.Maxx, B&M, Home bargains, London Chinese/character shops etc.

Absolutely disgusting service. I purchased some enamel pins which were very expensive. They arrived heavily damaged with black marks, scratches, metal corrosion, possibly mould on them and a very foul smell to them. I contacted customer services as I was very upset with these items and I had to re-purchase them. I was contacted back by Tae who politely provided me a return label which was prepaid and would not have to pay for the returns as the items were damaged. I could not hold onto the pins any longer as they were in an appalling state, so I went out and got them professionally cleaned as a kind gesture and was even hoping I could still keep them, however, the scratches were still visible but other than that, they were cleaner. This morning, I received a horrible email from Tae stating that £2.99 will be deducted from my refund since the items are in "acceptable" condition. She even confessed that the items had "surface marks, glitter texture variations, and metal imperfections" which they consider "normal". I find this, unacceptable. I paid money to get these cleaned, I find this very unfair and unprofessional. Please learn to store your products better or don't sell them at all, especially not for a ridiculous price.

Great online service, order arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped in pink tissue paper. When we visited the store the first time we had to wait outside for a while but once inside the staff were friendly and lots of lovely products to browse. We are very happy with our Artbox experience! Thank you 🤩

a half an hour wait outside in the freezing cold, just to get into the shop that doesn’t even have any good stock. really cramped and probably spent an hour and got 4 tiny stationary items for £15?? atleast if you’re gonna make us wait outside for half an hour might aswell make the shop worth the wait.

Can’t remember a worse customer service. An hour’s wait outside, then half hour wait insude while the cashier types reference codes for each item. And the supervisor was unbelievably unhelpful with questions and problems. All stock can be found cheaper elsewhere, including online. More people can be allowed in at a time, the posters claiming inclusivity ring hollow while customers are treated so badly.

Bought something yesterday, then they sent me and email about my billing address being wrong and to email them back the correct details. Emailed them back the correct ones and tried multiple times to get in touch. They took my money and never emailed me back Nor will they ship my item.

staff were polite and nice. i had to queue outside to get in as they have a limit but it’s very cute inside. the only downside is that it is pricey. but if you’re not skint like me its perfect.

Absolutely love this shop. They have a great selection of products, including official Sanrio, BT21 and TinyTAN. They add new items to their website daily and are always quick to dispatch orders. Everything is always packaged well too.

I have ordered from Artbox a countless number of times and each time has been nothing but flawless. In addition to having a great selection of stock, they dispatch items incredibly quickly and items are always well-packaged within the shipping box. They definitely have the best selection in the UK and I highly recommend them to any kawaii fan!

I made a mistake on my online order which meant my daughter would not get her Kitty toy on xmas day. I emailed the company and within only a few minutes had received both an email back how to rectify the issue and also a call back from their office. I was very happy with the customer service given by Artbox and their expedience in dealing with a time critical issue. Thanks

Always new stuff getting added every day, and i like that theres a shop available in the U.K instead of always purchasing overseas for all my kawaii stuff.

Ordered a lot of things from here - shipping has always been good and everything is as described every time. The products are wonderful and the sanrio merch is all licensed and legit. I only wish their website were a little easier to navigate.
