DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL THE FUSS OVER THESE HORRIBLE PLASTIC UGLY SHOES.
ORDERED TO A UNI ADDRESS BY MISTAKE AND THEY REFUSE TO AMEND OR CANCEL THE ORDER.
AVOID!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

Ordered from Crocs over 4 weeks ago and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The order never even made it to the UK — tracking showed it repeatedly leaving and returning to the delivery centre, then eventually marked as “returned to sender.” Throughout this time, none of the tracking links provided actually worked properly.

Customer service has been poor. Emails were ignored, and when I finally got through on live chat, I was told my address was incorrect — which it isn’t and has never been an issue before. I was then told the situation was “out of their hands” and that the delivery centre had started a refund.

To make matters worse, they offered a 20% discount to reorder — but the item I originally bought is permanently on sale, so this isn’t a genuine saving at all and is also no longer in stock.

Overall, a frustrating experience with no accountability and very little effort to resolve the issue properly. I would not feel confident ordering again.

DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM CROCS-I placed my order and paid on 27th March. I am still waiting for a refund as they sent the wrong size to me. Contact by email is unsatisfactory as they send an automated one back saying 14 days for refund, but it’s been more than that. Phone calls keep you waiting-I’ve yet to speak to someone and still waiting for my refund.

Returned a bag that was unsuitable, tracking confirmed they’d received it but as they hadn’t scanned it in correctly the refund wasn’t processed. I messaged last week to query time taken to refund and again today, only to be told of the mistake and that I’d have to wait another 10 to 14 days for my money back. The agent offered me 20% discount for further purchases but I refused and said I wanted to take my complaint further, agent told me he’d pass on my feedback, wished me a good day and ended the chat abruptly. My advice to anyone is to be very careful when ordering from their website, I certainly won’t be doing it again.

Dont buy. Buy from another company. Their customer service is useless.

Our order apparently lost in the transit but we did not receive any update for 2 weeks. Such a disappointment.

Well where do I start end of march I placed an order with crocs . I was emailed saying crocs were sold out . I have been told that I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. 10 days have passed to be told today its been escalated. Escalated to be issued a refund. Why isnt it a straight forward refund you cancel you pay back the money. You didnt wait 10 days to take money from my account. Appalling customer service , no number for UK. I will never place an order with crocs again as disgusting having to wait for a refund . You are the weakest link . Good bye .

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair of womens bayaband sliders and when they arrived despite being the same size on the sliders they actually were 1cm different in length. This meant that one foot fitted and the other didn't. Customer service chat said that I would have to pay to return them as the difference was only slight!! They do not offer exchanges so I would have to re-order at a higher price as spring promotion had finished. I won't be ordering again.

The worst customer service, opted for the ease of Apple Pay to purchase my order it randomly autofilled my OLD details to an address that I am no longer associated with. This was a big problem and it wasn't cancelling the order. I immediately contacted customer service who said they have a policy where you can't cancel or change an order. Even when I told them that the person currently living at my old address can NOT know my knew one. She parred me off and told me to ask the courier to change the address, which as we know will not happen. Now I'm having to go through my bank to see if they'll cancel the payment. I won't be buying them at all now!

The worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Their sizings are all wrong and trying to get a return note is an almost impossible task. It took at least 3 attempts with their AI assistant to get to speak to a live agent and then all you get is a load of bull..... Eventually returned the items which they have received but I am still waiting for my refunds. The reckon it can take 10-14 business days for this to be processed. More bull.... AVOID THIS LOT.

I suffer from Erythromelalgia and I have tried Crocs in the past. Like Skechers they were comfortable at first but only lasted a short while until pain set in

I recently bought Crocs Echo and Crocs Gum Ro. The Echo are very comfortable and I have just managed to walk a good distance. However, the Gum Ro are even better.

Looks/styles a bit weird but I don’t care as long as they relieve the pain

The only downside of Gum Ro is that the sole can be a bit clumpy. Other than that, I have found them to be brilliant.

I always wear crocs around the house. I ordered my usual size. When they arrived, I could only fit in half my foot! I sent them back, and Royal Mail states they have been delivered. I tried to track my return, and it's saying on my account that I did not place any orders.
Awful sizing, awful service. I will never use again.

I ordered a pair of crocs and 2 packets of charms at the end of January 2026. I received a email from them saying the crocs and one of the charm packets were now out of stock so they sent me one pack of croc charms. I emailed to request a refund for the items they cancelled but as of today, 20 March 2026, I have still not received a refund and my emails are ignored. Avoid ordering from this company.

Appalling customer service. I received 2 pairs slippers , returned both but was only refunded for 1. Don't answer emails, can't call them in the UK. Disgraceful company

Dreadful - the side completely fell apart on first use so the toe gapped through it. Totally unwearable now - what a complete waste of money.
Poor customer service refused to replace as bought as a Xmas pressie a month before Xmas.

Very terrible experience from Crocs and their customer service that’s based in Netherlands is absolutely disgusting, horrible and pathetic!
I made an order and never received my items m, I reached out to the customer service team and an agent called Gergana and Vanesa (horrible people)and they told me with not sense of responsibility that that’s my problem and they will not do anything about it.

Vile! Visited their new shop in clarks village was really looking forward to this opening and found a pair i really liked that were full of jibbitz. At 37.99 took them to the till and the lady said "do you want all these jibbitz as we have to price them per jibbitz" i was shocked i stated that the price tag said 37.99 that should be what i pay and filling them full of these things without any warning that you pay extra at the till is missleading. The guy behind the lady at the till was selfish and rudley said "they are for display purposes only" there was no sign stating so. These should of been sold to me at price stated! With no sign saying anything different this is missleading to many people especially neurodivergent adults and kids. Imagine a child getting a pair and going to the till and being told this and the parents cannot afford the jibbitz it then becomes a plain boring pair of shoes! Sort it out disgusting behaviour. If you are not providing signs to say the jibbitz already on the shoes are extra sell them at the honoured price on the tag!! I had to leave them as they were 37.99 with about 104 pounds worth of jibbitz! Wtf!!! The jibbitz were more expensive than the shoes about 3 times more! Absolute scam!!!

Order Number: 16109021CGB Delivered to the wrong address! Awful to deal with! Dumped the parcel at the billing address not shipping address and won’t accept reaponbility to refund me!

Was a bit worried after reading the reviews, especially after I ordered the wrong size and emailed them about this, didn’t hear back on the email so I expected to be doing a return when I received them. However to my surprise they arrived 4 days after ordering them and in the correct size as well. Thank you.
