BEWARE!! POORLY MADE!! CHEAP MATERIALS!!
Was so excited to purchase the new croc slippers and had my eye on them as soon as they were released. I got them on sale at a retailer. Picked them up on the Friday. On Saturday evening I was literally just walking in them and the clip holding on the strap came off. Tried to click back into place but it was clearly faulty and not correctly made. Contacted Crocs as they are the manufacturer and they did not want anything to do with it. They offered zero assistance and the customer service was so poor. Would have been gutted if I had paid full RRP and had these results! I have purchased many pairs of crocs and never before had an issue. Maybe since they've become fashionable and popular they are making them a lot cheaper. After having no support from customer service I will be opting for a refund and not purchasing any form of crocs again.
Shocking customer service
Shocking service, paid for a pair of crocs over 10 days ago still haven’t arrived. Contacted crocs about the issue and was told I would have to wait a further 10-15 business days to receive another pair. Poor customer service also. Got a refund in the end and went to another company. Avoid at all costs. 1 star is generous!

Finally got my refund but minus p&p ….. firstly I didn’t receive the crocs I ordered (they cancelled order!) I did receive the charm which is of no use to me without the crocs! Then they charged me to return the said charm!! Bloody cheek!!

Returned with prepaid label. Received confirmation from Royal Mail item returned. Heard nothing after 2 weeks. Spoke to person using Chat Service online, promised refund in 7-10 days. After that time, contacted again, this time via WhatsApp and shared screenshot of Royal Mail confirmation. They asked me to type the tracking number despite it being in the screenshot. Challenges my return and said they had no record. I again sent the screen shot and typed out the tracking. No apologies but agreed to refund and confirmed another 7-10 days. 6 weeks in still no refund!
I’ll be creating a charge back via my bank.
The WhatsApp person was rude too.
As a family of 4, we’ve purchased dozens of Crocs, I will never ever buy them again! No investment in the customers that fund the product!!

Illegal trading practices
I tried to cancel my purchase after placing it, but Crocs refused to accept this and said they will proceed to ship the order and bill me for it. I specifically said I was invoking my right to the 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Their response was a laughable "please see our FAQs, you can't cancel after you place an order".
Sorry, folks, but your FAQs don't override UK law. This is an illegal act, plain and simple.

Do not sign up for the 15% discount as a new customer as it’s a con, you get a text message from them and it’s asks you to reply which then you get a charge on your phone bill and the 15% discount code didn’t work as it says it has already been used,

Placed an order with crocs 10 days ago, 2 days later they cancelled the majority of the order except for 1 charm which is a letter of my grandaughters name so useless to me, they then said it would take 10-14 days to get my money back. I complained they said it was a stock shortage but they are still available to order online. I found out this happened to one of my colleagues. Crocs are making a killing on interest on peoples money. I have had the same product in my basket since being cancelled, I get messages every day from crocs telling me to purchase as they are nearly out of stock but I know they don't have any so they would just be taking my money for a few weeks.

Honestly I was terrified by comments here, was really afraid to order. But it all went well, they delivered the right size, colour and quick fast. It took the maybe just 5 working days. Not sure about the quality, we will see over time.

Never in my life ordering from these cowboys again. They made it so difficult to return an item. Also they keep hold of your money. Good thing I paid through PayPal and got my refund. Had to spend extra money to print out their postage as they don’t provide a QR code for Royal Mail to generate the label.

Placed an order a few days ago and it arrived today wrong, wrong color of crocs and the rest of my order missing. I checked my order and discovered with no explanation at all that more than half my order had been cancelled.
I tried to reach out to customer aka non existent services and nothing clearly they dont exist. I am now having to return the product with no return label in sight I have no printer at home so this will be good.
Honestly troops stay away from this micky mouse company.
Appalling … Stock issues and customer service
Appalling … I created an order in which they cancelled it all without explanation. Presuming a stock issue, I ordered something different in a large order and only 1 tiny charm arrived. After speaking to customer support on the live chat. Which is challenging to get to speak to an agent, the phone lines are also all in the Netherlands so unable to ring them direct. I was unapologetically informed that they decided to send the one charm and that it takes a few days for their stock to update. All items still show as available and in stock, and I was just advised to order them again. Still awaiting a refund for both orders.

I don’t even want to give it one star. I placed 3 separate orders all got cancelled but the money left my account. After a very frustrating time with the online bot I managed to speak with someone to say that there is a processing time for orders and in that time my item went out of stock.
I went back on 4days after placing the order and the item is still available to buy. I’d save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. I was given a load of rubbish excuses when I finally managed to speak with someone. Shocking customer service considering they are such a well known and loved brand.
Non-existent customer service
Update 5/2. Had some communication with Crocs via Messenger up to the point at which they asked what I was trying to order with the invalid code they provided. Which I thought was quite hopeful. Wrong. Nothing further from them despite providing the info requested. Absolute shower.
Like many others here, had an order cancelled, I did at least get a refund. Then an email from Crocs with what purported to be a 50% off code. Does it work? No. Live webchat just said clear browser and try again. It doesn’t work. There is one ambiguous character which could be an upper case O or a zero. Neither work. Shan’t bother ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 pairs of Crocs directly from the website, received a confirmation email and then the next day had my order cancelled. When I contacted them to ask why, they said that the items must have gone out of stock. However both styles are still showing in stock and have now reverted to full price. I now have to wait up to 10 working days for a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service and dishonest practice.

Ordered twice and my order was cancelled with no explanation, money taken and only refunded 4 days later. Told by customer service team this is how their website operates and that their warehouse stock doesn’t match their website?! Never heard anything so ridiculous

ordered harry potter crocs, an accessory and letters that spelled out my sons name. Useless people then send me a mail saying parts of the order are cancelled. They decide to cancel the main part of the order, the crocs and accessory and three of the letters of my sons name, so in total they think it makes sense to send me an order consisting of two letters. I ring through to them to check this is infact valid and after waiting for 35 mins get through to someone who says they had techincal isses.

I thought it was a spam but i speok to custo er servuce they told me they are out if stock and this is thoeir policy.

Wished I'd checked Trustpilot before placing an order but you expect such a well-known brand to be professional and reliable. How wrong I was.
Placed an order and within a few hours it was cancelled without any explanation, had to go through their useless chatbot to find out it was due to no stock, yet the item is still showing as available in a variety of sizes and colours. Why allow people to place orders if you don't have the stock?? Absolute joke of a website and company. Surely with how frequently this is happening, they should not be allowed to have an online store.
Now I have to wait days to receive my refund even though they manage to take the money straight away. Glad I paid with Paypal so I can least open case if I don't receive anything.

The order was cancelled with no explanation and the item was still available several days later on the website.Contacted customer service who reassured me that the item was out of stock but now back in stock and I should order again. Stupidly I did and it was cancelled again. Never ever I buy from thick company again.
