Always so happy with my purchases from TofuCute!
The prices are really good, and all of the new products added to the website are always so fun and interesting, I love all of the miniatures/re-ment!

I found this site by chance and was so pleased I did! The items are really cute and authentic which was exactly what I wanted for my Christmas gifts. Packed full of the sweetest items, shopping and payment was so easy and delivery was super fast!!

I purchased from Tofu Cute way back of my first ever comic con and I brought a handful of Puccho candy which was and is hands down the best! I'm so glad I found them again as it takes me back to a time where things were simpler and kinda nostalgic for me ♡

I'm a sucker for cute stationery, so when I came across Tofucute, I immediately took a look at their products! Added bonus that it is a UK-based company, so I wouldn't have to wait months for Japanese stationery to come through.

I ordered two sets of sticky notes, and a pack of gudetama plasters only two days ago. Today I received them, which is a very pleasant surprise as I picked standard delivery (not rushed). They immediately shipped the order, and I'm very very happy with the products! They are gorgeous, and great quality! The website is cute, which is also a bonus! Couldn't recommend more, would order again (excited to see what else there is for me to buy)! :)

Found this shop at Hyper Japan & other Cons years ago, and love the staff and style and products, but recently disappointed with them...

My boyfriend bought a big Sumo plush & snacks bag for me, and some snacks for himself. A £67.23 order and £4.50 express on top so total of £71.73.

He ordered on Sunday and paid express delivery (extra £4.50), we received an email saying it was dispatched on Monday. Tuesday came and nothing arrived (post is really quick here if it is first class), so checked the tracking they gave us...

Instead of our being Royal Mail 24 or First Class, they had changed it to Royal Mail 48 tracked (a longer second class service)...

I emailed them to say why did they change the postage (despite us paying extra for express) and why does Royal Mail say it hasn't been dispatched yet?

They said they had problems with click and collect on Monday, and also problem with loosing packages, so changed it to Royal Mail 48 Tracked as an upgrade...

I understand they had a problem with the Post Office click and collect, but feel cheated they took the money for express delivery and then used it for a tracked second class service, and lied about dispatch.

And that they kept saying Royal Mail 48 Tracked was an upgrade...which was a bit of an insult, as anyone who sends any packages enough knows that Royal Mail 48 takes longer...

I emailed them saying we paid the extra for express, so it should be Royal Mail First Class Tracked, or at least Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail First Class.

They then said they will send it out today (Tuesday) via First Class, so it finally got sorted.

I am just disappointed...as if they had refunded the difference in postage and been more honest about the situation I wouldn't have minded.

But as I feel short changed I don't think I will be ordering anytime soon.

(After Tofu Cute's Reply) I have amended the star rating, only because the staff have been quick to reply to customer service emails. But I am still not happy to have been charged £4.50 for Royal Mail 48 Tracked, when we paid for express delivery which should be Royal Mail First Class or First Class recorded.

They can be a little overpriced on some items but considering the importation costs of said products it makes perfect sense. The items are always well packaged and is free delivery over £20. Never had an issue and their customer service are always a pleasure to work with!

I remember the first time I ever came across Tofu Cute at my first Comic Con at age 15, and I’ve been coming back for seven years now! Not only is it just the cutest store, but they have such a big variety of items. I always find something new to try, whether that’s snacks or a new amuse plush! If you are looking for plushies, this is THE place. I think half of my collection comes from Tofu!

I’ve never been disappointed with an order, and they’ve always arrived well packaged and quickly. I really like how they reuse packaging and make their own paper stuffing for the products! They were even willing to let me exchange a plushie when I realised I’d ordered the wrong colour.

I’m also a tomodachi member, and I really enjoy the benefits of it. You get discounts on items, and there’s a really fun prize system. It’s always fun to add a little snack or piece of stationery to an order. I’ve discovered some of favourite snacks through redeeming points!

I cannot recommend Tofu Cute enough, and I very much hope I get to visit the physical storefront one day!!

This isn't my first purchase with Tofucute, but it definitely won't be my last. They've always been helpful and had amazing shipping times. This particular instance, however, really stuck with me.

I had missed an address confirmation email for a plushie that was ordered for a specific occasion, and I asked if I could upgrade its shipping before it sent out so it could arrive on time (and I was fully ready to pay extra). They kindly upgraded it for me without question, and the package was promptly shipped.
They have lovely customer service and I couldn't recommend them more.

Tofu cute never fails me. I will definitely buy again. This is my third time buying and tofu cute has never disappointed.

I am alway excited to receive my order and try all the goodies i have ordered. There is a diverse range of items so there is something for everyone.

I have allergies so it is great that all the ingredients are translated into english. I think other allergy sufferers would agree. This means a lot.

Tofu Cute is one of my favourite online stores and has a unique selection of items. I have ordered from Tofu Cute a couple times and all items received are of great condition and quality. I personally think their items are fairly priced. Shipping is very fast. Definitely a good place to go if you’re wanting Japanese merchandise/snacks. ^-^

The best place to get my fix of Kawaii stuff, they even have some vegan snacks and drinks too!

Really loved the treats I bought, would definitely recommend and order again myself. The customer service is amazing as well, I had a slight hiccup with my first order but they helped me sort it and were really understanding and helpful!
Hopefully they expand their vegetarian /vegan range because I can't wait to order again

This place is the best. I first found it in Manchester Comic Con, 2017, and have been shopping here ever since. The prices are so good, they're not trying to rip you off but actually want you to buy and enjoy the products. The Plushies are adorable, and the snacks are delicious and there is such a large variety to choose from. I love the Tomodachi reward scheme. Deliveries are always quick and I've never had an issues. 10/10 would recommend to everyone (and I do).
