UPDATE: it's pretty amazing how incredible they are before you place the order and leave the review, then how drastically it shifts to the customer doesn't exist and ghosting when you have an issue AFTER you place the order.
When I got the shipping notification I had never heard of the carrier and found out Tobios is just drop shipping from China. Felt pretty disappointed bc I genuinely believed they created this kit and I was supporting a small business who created something great for newbies. Come to find out you can get the kits on Amazon and other trusted retailers for $7.
My order showed the shipper only had notice and nothing was actually moved along so I reached out to have the order cancelled. I was told they can't find record of my order number or email address and they would get back to me. It's been several days and Ive emailed them multiple times, and total ghosting.
Looks like I'll have to do a charge back on my credit card, and more due diligence in the future.

The team is nothing short of amazing. I had a snag with my order and emailed for help. Within minutes I had someone on it, helping me get things sorted. This company was such a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to explore more of their offerings. Thank you everyone!

Love the product and bought a set for my granddaughter too. I had a little hiccup with a subsequent order for something that I wanted for myself but customer service got it straightened out so all is good. I do have one request I would like to see and that is on the watercolor kits that you can h
ave a choice to buy the standard set of colors or the pastel set of colors so that you would have the wooden pallet and could easily travel with both all set up.
