This is a great little kit! I am a beginner so I also purchased the beginner workbook. The tutorials are also good, but written and not videos. They also list colors that you would mix, but I don’t have this knowledge yet, and suggestions are not given. I try my best though and I do really enjoy it.

Awful throwaway tat from China
I got two sets as a gift from work. It is Chinese throwaway tat, exactly the same as the dirt cheap sets on Temu and Amazon, made in the same factory, just 10 times the price. Terrible quality materials especially the paint. How the business owner can live with herself knowing she’s such a scam artist I don’t know.

Love the kits, comes with everything you need to enjoy a quiet afternoon of water coloring. Paints are beautiful and highly pigmented easy to use items. Love that it comes with a sweatband to use as a towel.

If I could give them zero stars I…
If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited 2-1/2 months for my item to arrive. It comes from China, people. This company took my money for an item they did not physically have in inventory in the US. first problem right there. Second, they don’t tell you that returns are on you and that you have to figure out where to send it. Every step of the process was handled overseas. Take this as your warning. The products are shabby. The paints are low grade. I will never order again.
UPDATE: Tobios has contacted me and courteously and efficiently offered a choice of solutions to my problems. I chose a refund, and it was quickly issued with no problem. I’m satisfied.

Don't count on a 60-day satisfaction guarantee!
Even though Tobios offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, they refused to let me return my order of $70+. Back in late June,2026, I had bought them thinking they came with the pre-drawn and blank canvases, but they don't. While still within the 60-day period, I requested to return them. The request was denied. They tried to assuage me by offering me MORE product at discounts! In August, they said they would send me the individual tablets of pre-drawn tablets to go with my sets, but, finally in September, I received a couple of very old looking regular kits without the printed canvases! This is not an upright, honest company.

Excellent customer service!
I messaged customer service about an issue with the magnets in my wooden pallet, sent photos to explain the situation after they requested them, and they decided to replace the item. They responded within hours, not days, but hours. This was two to three emails regarding the matter, all resolved within hours! They have truly amazing customer service!
