Very quick customer service and equally as helpful
I contacted customer service as I wanted to add on an item but couldn’t as it was already being packed. This was about the fastest customer service response I’ve ever received! It was 1.20am in the UK, and less than ten minutes after placing my order it had already been fulfilled. They put a pause on the order so that I could add an item on special offer, sent me the additional invoice and then got the order moving again. Thoroughly lovely people, very efficient, helpful, polite and kept me well informed at all stages.
One of my adult children is autistic and an beautiful artist. Painting and drawing calms them down when stressed and this kit seems to be perfect to help when out and about. They can sit and paint rather than hurting themselves. I’m really looking forward to receiving it, and having a go myself! The BOGOF was great value and I also bought some additional pastel paints which other reviewers recommended for painting nature.

Premium Water colour kit.
Be wary of how they deliver these I ordered for a gift and the order and replacement both arrived badly damaged and bent, one of the tins you couldn't close again. There was no way I could forward as a gift. I requested twice to send the replacement item in a well secured box with packaging instead they sent them twice in a flimsy waterproof envelope with no damage protection. I did get a full refund but unless they change the packaging I won't be able to buy any further products from Tobios.

Olivia was very helpful with my issue. I haven’t been able to Bluetooth the mini printer, even with my son’s assistant. She gave me information on how to return the printer. If I have to pay for the shipping, I will just keep it and see if I can get it to work.
