Lovely watercolours and good quality products.Very portable.I am not very good at drawing and so the work books are very useful.You get online tutorials as well.

The mini painting kits are fabulous, so easy to use and a great size to take anywhere.
The customer service team are so helpful and have gone above and beyond with my various orders queries.

Sent an email to Tobio's about my palette having become warped and asked them to investigate. Within a few hours, I had received replies from their customer support and was offered a replacement palette free of charge free shipping. Excellent customer service. Just awaiting my item.

Although an initial confusion about delivery to U.K and slight delay due to production dates, I can only say that my communications and updates from the team at Tobio’s was amazing.
The items have now arrived and they were worth the wait. Both recipients are over the moon with their mini printers and I am extremely impressed with the customer service and speed with which the team responded to my enquiries.
I will definitely be purchasing more items from this seller.

Easy to purchase. Only detail is that I was not able to confirm my shipping address before order was placed and I had it mistakenly set for my previous address.

Super dissapointed. Palete cracked on first use from the wet paint sitting in it while i painted.
Too small, not practical. Silly design. Needs to be a bit bigger and not require you to lug around a box of water colour paint tubes.
Shpuld just come qith interchangabke/ replaceable cassette type things you pop in for each colour. Also needs to not be made from wood so it doesnt crack from the wet paint.
What a waste of money!

Delivery was quick. I thought my order was incomplete and sent an email after 9:00 p.m. I got a response minutes later. Customer service was super. As it turned out, the mistake was mine. I found the missing item in the packaging! I sent another email mail and Customer Care responded minutes later. I had an excellent experience and got busy painting! Olivia and Jess were the best. Thanks again!

I don't think I've ever had an online shopping experience this great before. My wooden pallet piece was defective so I sent an inquiry, and they had a replacement on the way to me before I even woke up the next day.
