The service i recieved was fantastic
The service i recieved was fantastic. The whole process from reporting my repair to i being sent, repaired and recieved back was less than a week.
I recieved updates of the status of repair ans when the process was completed and sent back to my.
My device came back revitalised and cleaned up beautifully.
10 out of 10, brilliant service and thank you to all.

Sent back first time and it was not…
Sent back first time and it was not repaired, it then took contacting samsung 8 times and 4 hours to get them to accept a return to repair the watch because basically because the first engineer claimed it was not faulty I am a liar. Now it's been returned and the battery replaced it works great but this should have happened on the first time it was sent back.

Excellent service
I had my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro sent for repair after the left mic failed. Service team was very supportive and eager to solve the problem fast. I was sent replacement buds as that was deemed the quickest solution. Very pleased with the service.
