I called Michele to reset my printer after I had changed the ink pad. Although.he wasn’t able to complete the task during the evening he came to the house, he was able to complete the task at his office the following morning and return the printer before lunch.

I was given the address of DGM by a shopping centre repair store that told me that my laptop would have to be wiped clean in order to be able to use it again. DGM made the repair, well within 24 hours, without losing any of files, docs or programmes.

Highly recommended

Cracked screen steam deck. Got a quote, arranged a time to drop off. Was repaired inside of a week with text communication the whole way keeping me informed. New screen works a treat.

Wii Console fix
Was having problems with my Wii console. All fixed for a great price. Manage to do a temp fix that allowed me to continue using the console while a new disc drive was ordered up. Mike was amazing. After Apple tried to charge me almost 10 times what I ended up paying, Mike fixed my iPad quickly and professionally. He was friendly, very informative, and took the time to explain what was wrong. Great service and fair pricing — I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent same day service. I had no appointment and turned up at their workplace. I was seen straight away, agreed the price as advertised and told my iPad would be ready in a couple of hours.
I collected my iPad without difficulty.

Excellent tech repairs for a fair price
Great service. Mike got my PS5 running like new. Very transparent throughout every step of the process with the work he needed to carry out and the cost of the work.
