I ordered the Basic Solid Teak and Cream Marble Vanity Cabinet from Tikamoon expecting the product shown on their website: light teak wood with a cream marble basin.

What arrived was nothing like the photos.

The basin is brown/beige stone, not cream marble as advertised, and the wood is completely unfinished raw timber, which looks nothing like the finished piece in their product photos.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that the wood is “unfinished” and that I am expected to stain and finish it myself to make it look like the product pictured.

Nowhere on the product page does it state that the item will arrive looking completely different from the photos or that the customer must finish the wood themselves to achieve the advertised appearance. There aren't even photos of the unfinished wood, even on the reference page for the wood.

Saying “treatment recommended” is not the same thing as saying “the product will arrive raw and look nothing like the photos.”

The listing clearly describes a “cream marble basin with the elegance of veined white marble.” What I received is a dark brown stone basin.

This is extremely misleading advertising.

Under UK consumer law, products must match their description and images, and this clearly does not.

I am now waiting for Tikamoon to provide a replacement basin that actually matches the advertised cream marble. The bathroom plumbing and everything has been arranged around this product so a return is not an option as I cannot find a replacement the same size.

Buyers should be aware that what you receive may not remotely resemble what Tikamoon shows on their website.

I will update this review depending on how the company resolves the issue.

I missed the delivery of some large goods from Tikamoon but Lucie from customer service was incredible and helped rearrange the delivery speedily! She even made sure to follow up with them to make sure that the two separately purchased items would be accounted for. I’m so grateful to her for helping me in this slightly stressful time!

I contacted Tikamoon to cancel an order and was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the situation was handled.

Lucie from the customer service team responded promptly, explained everything clearly, and arranged the cancellation and refund immediately. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and completely hassle-free.

It’s not always easy to find companies that deal with changes or cancellations this efficiently, so it was refreshing to experience such helpful and responsive support.

Even though I didn’t proceed with my order this time, the quality of the customer service has left me with a very positive impression of Tikamoon. I would definitely feel confident ordering from them in the future.

Things go wrong & I often think the measure of a company is how they respond when that happens.
My sink cracked.
No accident, or drama, just a manufacturing issue that arose a year & a half after installation.

Absolutely thrilled with our new solid teak washstand with cream marble basin! Superb quality and is a perfect size and look for our downstairs washroom. The service we received from Tikamoon was exceptional, the first basin (although very well packaged) was damaged, but a replacement was sent immediately and return organised without any delay. I cannot fault the service and quality of products that we have received. 🤩

Website is great and lovely collection of high quality wooden furniture. Customer service is also very good. Very responsive to all the queries about delivery.

My Gabrielle mango wood sideboard is wonderful. It is just as described and in fact even more appealing. I appreciate the finishing touches, eg drawers that slide smoothly, little floor protectors stuck on the bottom of the legs. It fits the space perfectly. I love it.

Tikamoon's website is clear and easy to use. Their customer service was excellent - they arranged delivery in the very narrow time frame I asked for. The item was packaged very well indeed. I highly recommend this company and their fantastic designs.

Took an order with 10 week lead time. Failed to deliver. Had to chase for clarification. Poor communication. Unhelpful customer service.

I have ordered some beautiful and unique items of furniture from this excellent company. My recent purchase of a rather unusual mirror was the first time an item had been damaged in transit. Usually everything arrives super well packed. Munro at Customer service dealt swiftly with the problem and I am looking forward to my next purchase. You won't be disappointed.

Bought the Jonàk bathroom shelf. Super quick delivery, and good quality materials. Would recommend and use again (have also now bought a dining table from Tikamoon!)

They use completely useless delivery teams who despite paying £50 they negligently damaged my flooring and then Tikamoon fob you off. Avoid

The fabled stock response from Tikamoon has not moved things forward. They’re absolutely in the ignore and fob off business. They have zero intention in dealing with the complaint and are just acting as a messenger for their own delivery agents denial of responsibility. As mentioned above do not buy from them

I ordered the Hedda Mango desk and it is wonderful, really sturdy and lovely real wood which makes a change from many other suppliers who use mdf. It took around 3 weeks for delivery, and the company who delivered were also excellent. I did have a small panic that the desk was not freestanding as the instructions did throw me off, however, the lovely team in customer services put my mind at ease and I can confirm it is a sturdy free standing desk. I would absolutely purchase again and I love their ethos and creations. Thank you Tikamoon

Overall happy with the console table, the material and finish. 2 stars taken off as there’s a large gap between the bottom of drawer and the console itself, this is problem as at certain angles you can see through this gap all the way to the wall behind it, which is very weird looking. This is sadly due to lack of attention to detail and bad quality check. The drawers just need to sit slightly lower so that the gap is not too big. The drawer also had a tiny chip on the front that I covered with a black marker pen. I couldn’t be bothered to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a replacement. I had also paid extra for packaging removal and had nothing to send it back with. I’m going to try and put something black behind the bottom of the drawer so that you can’t see the wall through the gap.

Couldn't recommend enough!

I ordered the 'Calypso' marble sink - Delivery was quite quick but i wasnt in a rush for the item anyway, when it first arrived the box was damaged and when opened the sink had a crack and chunks missing. I contact customer services and they sent out a new one straight away which took no time at all. Can not fault this customer service! The sink is gorgeous.

I also ordered the 'Lila' bathroom cabinet - Delivery was quicker than the sink and arrived in perfect condition. The item is also really great quality.

Would definitely order again the future.
