Placed an order but miss typed my…

I had placed an order but miss typed my email address when doing so.

Without being able to login and track my order, I called Tikamoon customer service & spoke to a lovely lady called Lucie.

She was able to immediately find my order, send me the order number to track & correct my contact details.

It was a very easy & lovely conversation & found Lucie to be extremely helpful

Would definitely recommend:)

The item ordered was delivered both…

The item ordered was delivered both damaged and with a poor quality finish. I have requested that Tikamoon provide me with a full refund accordingly. I am awaiting confirmation of Tikamoon's arrangements to meet my request; I shall update this report once I am aware of the outcome of this very disappointing situation.

Poor quality & not as advertised

**UPDATE: They've responded to say they increased the refund offer, this was still only 10%. Really dissatisfied and will not be shopping here again.**
Not good at all, the £1700 sink unit we ordered is cheap and a much darker colour than the “oak” it claims to be. It feels almost like plastic. The drawers are just for aesthetic purposes so it isn’t even very functional. I tried to complain and the best they could offer me was a 10% refund. Really bad, I would avoid at all costs.

We do try to represent all of our products as accurately as possible; however, please note that colours can appear darker or lighter depending on studio lighting, screen settings, and the surrounding environment. Oak finishes in particular can vary in tone and grain.

We’re sorry that the unit did not meet your expectations in terms of colour, feel, and design. As outlined at the time of purchase, we offer a 60-day free returns policy, allowing customers to return items if they are not satisfied with the colour, quality, or overall design.

As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a partial refund for your disappointment, despite no fault being identified with the product itself.

We regret that this resolution was not what you had hoped for and are sorry to lose you as a customer. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our team as we continue to improve both our products and our service.

Excellent company to deal with

We have bought three items from Tikamoon: a lovely walnut TV stand and two shelving units for the living room. The customer service and delivery has been excellent and the quality of the furniture is truly outstanding. Much better, in my opinion, to anything else we have seen at a similar price point. It arrives fully assembled and securely packaged. From our experience, we would thoroughly recommend them.

Damaged item... Poor comprimise.

Website great.
For the majority product is of great quality but unfortunately we found two chips on our vanity unit. One on the leg and one on the base.

I contacted customer services who offered me a refund of £50 on an item that cost us £580, which in my opinion is awful.

I emailed back my dissatisfaction and that all I wanted was replacement legs. They explained that legs can't be sent out individually as the products are hand made which is fair enough.

They offered me a replacement free of charge but advised that it's no longer in stock so looking at 10 weeks which I thought was suspect. This was also not an option as our bathroom fitter was only there an additional week.

Tikamoon then offered a £160 refund. This was again not ideal as this was the item we spent the most on in our bathroom renovation and we are left with a product that we are not completely happy with. Also why was £50 offered as an original refund? Why did I have to escalate further to receive a £160 refund.

Overall the quality of the product would have been amazing if only for the chips.

Extremely dissapointed as we were very excited about this item on ordering.

Will not use this company in future as too much of a risk.

Poor finish

The doors of the sideboard did not fit. Consequently they fell out. Not a lot of help from customer services. I had to call in someone to fix them !

FRAUD AND BAD FAITH: They are trying to resell my paid furniture!

Mme. Chloé,

Beyond the delay of this morning, I am writing to formally denounce the absolute lack of direct communication and the indifference shown toward my situation. You have ruined my Christmas holidays; I spent my rest days in a state of total uncertainty and silence from your company, which is completely unacceptable.

Today was the final straw: failing to respect the 9:00 AM appointment caused me to miss my classes. This is not a simple 'logistical issue'; it is a total disregard for my personal life and education after my holidays had already been spoiled by your management.

Consequently, I formally reject the 25% offer. I now demand compensation of 40% of the total order amount, including shipping costs, to account for the moral damages and the time you have stolen from me. My case with the European Consumer Centre remains open until this is resolved.

The delivery was scheduled for 9:00 AM this morning, and yet nobody has arrived. Are you planning to repeat the same failure as on January 5th? I have been waiting for months and my patience has run out. Tikamoon is responsible for this lack of professionalism, regardless of which department or country handles the ticket. I need an immediate status update now

Tikamoon is a single global entity and the root company is solely responsible for its operations across all regions; I am addressing the brand as a whole, as national borders do not exempt the parent company from its professional liability and the breach of contract regarding my order
Experience. After lying to me about a 2026 delivery date, I discovered the truth: the furniture is sitting in Getafe. The driver (Tel: +34 642 210324) confirmed that the delivery on Jan 5th failed only because Tikamoon failed to provide enough staff for unloading. Even worse: while I’ve been waiting since November, they are now listing my furniture as 'In Stock' on their website to attract new buyers, attempting to resell an item that legally belongs to me. This is a clear case of commercial fraud. European Consumer Authorities have been notified

Arrived damaged

I ordered a sideboard from Tikamoon costing over £1,100 and was extremely disappointed when it arrived with significant structural damage. The left door frame was split and partially detached, causing the panel to drop and the frame to bow. The front plinth had come away from the frame exposing unstained wood, the right plinth was misaligned with a visible gap at the mitre joint, and there was also a hairline split in the countertop. This was not minor cosmetic damage — the unit was effectively unusable on delivery.

Customer service were polite and responsive, but the resolution was frustrating. The maximum partial refund offered for keeping the damaged unit was £260, which felt very low given the extent of the damage and the original price. A replacement would have taken around 10 weeks, which wasn’t realistic just before Christmas, so we reluctantly kept it.

The designs are attractive, but quality control and after-sales flexibility need improvement. Overall, a disappointing experience for a premium-priced item.

I ve accidentally order the same item twice , so both been delivered to me . I ve contacted the tikamoon and Tracy arranged to collect it from my home and make sure to get my refund in 3 days . Highly recommend the quality and professional service.

Really outstanding service

My experience with this company is very good indeed.
The product I bought got mislaid in transit and they have been very good at sorting it out, providing a replacement and changing the transit arrangements to a new delivery company.
Both Munro and Lucie have been very efficient, profession and friendly.
