SCAM
SCAM, SCAM don't buy tickets from them! don't give you a ticket and explain you is charter flight and can't be done. Send you in airport to check in 2 hours before flight! Don't give you money back and ask for more! I don't understand how the Google still let them to advertise? It's a two company with the same logo and different name!

Ticket cancelled
My ticket purchase was cancelled due to "due to changes in the cost of airline's fare". How is that my problem? These business practices are illegal.
I did get my money back at least...
Edit: If you cannot guarantee a price, don't sell a ticket for that price. It's that simple. It is simply illegal what you are doing.

Fraudelent company. Be aware that they most likely are not going to return your anything of your money (even you cancel everything in time and giving them notice). They wrote that the fee for the consulting services exceeds the amount to be reimbursed ....Ok, let it be. Just buy tickets from airline websites and forget about these "legal scammers".

Decent support and service
I have had 1 flight booking and 2 train bookings with the Company, you know how the life goes, sometime you change something, sometimes you don't know some things abou your trip and that's when the guys from the Agency came to help. I wrote emails, chatted with them even in the middle of the night, created change requests for my flight, surprisingly the answer was always on time and I've got comprehensive details as well. When I'll travel to Europe again I already have good travel mate to ask for a quality service. My experience shows only good things about Tickets.lv

They are adding extra on the very last…
They are adding extra on the very last step when you already filled in all the card details and everything. That’s just frustrating! Very angry 😡 it was showing 233 eur till the very last moment, but when I entered my CC details it went up to 247 eur. Did book with another company for 260 eur, just because don’t like being fooled! 🤬

We would like to inform you that on our website, some payment methods offer a discount on payment. Because of this, the ticket search page shows the lowest price - taking into account the discount on that payment method.
On the payment page, depending on the payment method you have chosen, the final amount to be paid for the tickets is indicated.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I have had Booked my ticket on tickets.lv, but this company is operating under other names in different countries like kissandfly.com, tickets.ua, kissandfly.de and many more. My flight got cancelled in 2019 and I still didnt get the money back almost 2 years. First when I found out that my ticket got cancelled they told me that they cant give me money back and they can give only me a voucher. After a few months I tried to change the voucher for the new ticket - I have called them and the manager said “we cant change your voucher via telephone call, you have to do it through login on their site. I tried to do it and it didnt Work. As it was written on their site they have a hotline 24/7 - and its a Lie! I have tried to reach them, but they dont Work on weekends and you cant always reach them even on a working day. In the end And its Already one year since they promise me that they send me my money back, but they dont! Stay away from this company!
