После оплаты билетов на нашем сайте каждому пассажиру предоставляется электронный маршрутный квиток, в котором содержится вся информация о перелёте, включая номер бронирования авиакомпании (PNR). Этот номер можно использовать для онлайн-регистрации на сайте авиакомпании.
Мы проверили информацию в системе авиакомпании и видим, что Вы уже успешно прошли регистрацию на рейс. Пожалуйста, уточните, возникли ли у Вас трудности именно при прохождении онлайн-регистрации на сайте авиакомпании или сложности связаны с чем-то другим?
Также обращаем Ваше внимание, что на нашем сайте доступна дополнительная услуга «Зарегистрируйте меня на рейс». В её рамках мы самостоятельно выполняем регистрацию за пассажиров, которые не хотят тратить своё время или летают впервые, и отправляем готовые посадочные талоны прямо на электронную почту клиента.

Tickets.lv is, without exaggeration, the worst travel service I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. They issued me an itinerary number that doesn’t even exist, leaving me stranded and frustrated. On top of that, their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke. After spending 27 minutes listening to an automated response telling me I was 4th in the queue, nothing changed, and of course, no help ever came. It’s clear they have zero accountability and couldn’t care less about their customers. To make matters worse, their customer service number they provided connects to a -nonexistent service-, doubling the frustration. This company reeks of scam behavior, and anyone considering using them should think twice. How this business hasn’t been banned yet is beyond belief❌ its practices are unethical at best and predatory at worst. Tickets.lv does not deserve to operate in the travel industry and should be shut down immediately. Avoid them like the plague- they’re nothing short of a scam designed to steal your money and waste your time.

Will not be using this service again
In my case it wasn't worth the discouned tickets. If I didn't have to change the date of the flight it might have been just fine. But unfortunately plans changed, and I had to pay full tiket price one way to change the date of the departure. And they have a coplicated system of support, you need to submit a ticket on their site, and then wait up to 24 hours, and you never know when you will get an answer, and sometimes they give you just 10 minutes to pay for the new itenerary - which is quite ridiculous, as you are busy out and about. So had to submit about 7 request to finally get it all done. And so expensive. Will not come back to this site.
The phone support personell is sweet but cannot help with much.

The refund was processed today, August 13, and was sent to the same bank account used for payment. Usually, funds are credited within 1–3 business banking days. If they do not appear within this period, we will provide a confirmation of the refund, which you can use with your bank.

It’s by far the worst place to book…
It’s by far the worst place to book tickets.
Initially booking was on 3rd of July - flight Warsaw - Riga.
Service could not book tickets and offered next day instead. Now - I received email that they cannot book tickets for that date either. Price for that date increased 2.5 times.
Avoid this service !

The service is as bad as scam. Bought a ticket and could not check-in on the required time & had to buy another ticked. Customer support was impossible to reach and replied only a few hours before the flight when it was already too late. Refused to refund. Never use this service.

Please note that you called us and we had already submitted a request to resolve the issue, and we informed you about that. Your ticket with the updated PNR code was successfully sent a few hours later — 11 and a half hours before departure — which gave you more than enough time to check in.
If you purchased another ticket due to this issue, please send us the receipt. Once we receive it, we will forward this case to the relevant department for further review. However, we cannot guarantee any refund at this stage.

Could not check-in for the flight back
Could not check-in for the flight back. And the company couldn't get email address for check-in. With a sleepless night at the morning, few hours before flight with 7th attempt reaching out to the company (calling and live chat in their site) they sent all the necessary details to make a check-in. Of course thanks to the support line worker at my final attempt, that she got all the details, but the company works bad and is possible that, if you won't put a hard effort to get the check-in details, you won't get to your tickets.

The fare rules, including refund amounts, are established directly by the airline, and we, as a travel agency, are obliged to follow them strictly.
Regarding the *Flexible Ticket* service — this option allows one-time rescheduling of your flight date or time within 365 days of the original departure without a service fee. However, you are still responsible for any fare differences and the airline's fees. It is important to note that the *Flexible Ticket* does not guarantee a full refund in case of cancellation. This is explained in the service terms at the time of booking.
Additionally, we would like to point out that we did not receive any formal request from your personal account to process a change or refund. Only after submitting such a request can we provide an exact calculation. During prior consultations, only estimated information was shared.
