Missing boarding pass
I had bought four tickets, one from Airbaltic, two from Scandinavian airlines and one from Rynair. the Airbaltic and scandinavian airlines tickets worked fine and I could easily check in and get the boarding passes but when I tried to retrieve my rynair boarding pass, it wouldn't find it as it was booked on some tickets.lv email. I called and emailed a few days before and the consultant responded that its normal that they book the ticket with their company email and that they will complete check in for me and send me the boarding pass and I wouldn't need to do anyhting. This did not happen, so I called again the night before the flight and the consultant on the phone said that the ticket would be sent to me at ~07:00AM. This also didn't happen, so I called again a few hours before the flight, and this time, after waiting on the line for a while the consultant just said that they could check me in while being on the call and I had to give a few of my personal details. I do not understand why write and tell me that I do not need to do anything and that they will handle everything if it is clearly not true, as I had to call many times. Its also pretty clear that if I hadn't called them multiple times, I would most likely not get my boarding pass on time. Its also unclear to me, why the consultant I spoke on the phone the night before the flight could not check me in if it was as simple as asking me for some personal details and doing it while being on the call.

So yesterday 09.09.2025 I found out that flight from Riga to Phuket 13.10 to 26.10 was 419euro per person. Once you proceed to payment, there's few option how you want to pay and the funniest thing is as I have many cards including Mastercard, Visa, Apple pay...They asking for them all +53euro extra payment which is ridiculous I have never paid that big amount of comission even sending money to non EU countries, but the website is made in my country. The only card is Maestro they allow to not to pay comission, but I know no person having that card to be honest and also all Latvian big banks stopped giving these cards while ago. Same happened with buying flight back Bangkok to Riga, so in total just 73 euros wasted. If you see the lowest price for this company in the skyscanner.com, don't trust it because once you finnish filling up your document details you will see surprise. I never ever wrote review in my life as I was trying to contact them on their website, but even there, they are saying that "they will write complain about this thing", but still few days passed and no information from them. So the last thing I could do was writing review here. Its sad because its kind of scam.
I don't recommend this website.

Please note that we never charge customers’ bank accounts without their explicit consent. The process always works as follows: the customer books tickets on our website, then enters the details of their payment card, and only after this action the charge for the booking is processed.
If you have received any emails from us indicating that your payment was declined, we kindly ask you to forward them to us at info@tickets.lv

Regarding the refund of your tickets: according to the airline’s fare rules, your tickets are unfortunately non-refundable. At this moment, they remain valid and can be used for your upcoming flight.

Attention!!! Scam service
Without exaggeration, Tickets.lv is the worst travel service I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They issued me an itinerary number that does not exist, leaving us stranded and extremely frustrated.
To make matters worse, online check-in was impossible due to their fault. They eventually admitted their mistake and promised to compensate €210 for 4 passengers at the check-in desk. However, even after providing all necessary documents, they started shifting responsibility onto the customer, which is completely unacceptable.
Their so-called customer support is utterly useless. They respond, at best, once every half hour, and are unable to actually solve any problem.
I have all correspondence and call recordings documenting these failures. I am prepared to take this matter to court if the consumer protection authorities are unable to resolve it.
Tickets.lv behaves like fraudsters: their practices are unethical, dishonest, and completely focused on scamming customers. They do not deserve to operate in the travel industry and should be shut down immediately. Avoid them at all costs — they are nothing but a scam designed to steal money and waste your time.
