Fraud company, lost money
Update:
I got a refund. But it took me a lot of time, unpleasant conversations on phone with the company where i had to prove what I have bought although it all was visible to them and done from their website I am happy about the refund, but I have not trust to buy anything from this website again.
The problem description:
I have an awful experience with this company. I bought tickets via website for the first time, added all necesary baggage which was for additianol price as I can choose from various tickets they offer. So at the end I paid all, I got the tickets from them where is clearly written 2 carry on baggages on every flight. But then when checking the real ticket with airlines there is no the carry on bag added. I contacted them by phone, by many emails. All I get back is official responses like - we are working on issue. But my trip is tomorrow and I have to by additional baggage even I paid for it to this company. If this will be solved I will update, but now the situation is left unsolved and ignored.
