Ticket cancellation because of the time changes by the company
I have bought the tickets, and week after they change completely time. I tried to cancel because now i can’t take flight in that time. Now i don’t have tickets and i need to wait 3 months to get an answer from them. I’m not sure if i will get money back from them, and their service is extremely bad by the way.

We would like to inform you that your recent request for changes has been successfully processed. To ensure complete transparency, we would like to provide you with a detailed explanation of the payments associated with the change request.
An amount of 74 EUR was charged for the changes made to your booking. This is the cost for the modifications and reflects the cost of updating your travel arrangements (our service fee of 65 EUR is not reflected in this amount). This amount is mentioned in your new booking information.
Additionally, our service fee of 65 EUR was charged for handling and processing your change request on our end.
And a sum of 56 EUR has been entered into the refund queue and will be credited back to your original method of payment in the near future. This amount is being refunded as a result of reviewing the cost needed for making the changes to your booking.

Good customer service and quick and easy booking
Tickets were booked quickly and easily, even though we had to book a last minute flight everything went smoothly on the tickets.lv website.
Within a few hours we were informed part of our payment would be refunded because they were unable to reserve seats on one of the flights, the money was back in our account within 3 days and the seats weren't an issue because there was plenty of space on the plane.
I had to call them for confirmation due to a slight miscommunication and the ladies on the phone were very nice, very helpful and quickly found the cause!
Thank you for saving our vacation after another company left us stranded!

Eternally grateful
So. I had booked tickets from Europe to Central America in tickets.lv. At first, I thought the provider sounds a bit sketchy (because of the domain, no offence). Everything was super smooth, got the tickets, check-in reminders. At online check-in I realised that I need a document from the US authorities as it was a country of transit. They said the issuing would take 72 hours so I panicked. As I really(!!!) had to be in Central America the next day, I had no option but to book another flight for a very, very, VERY expensive sum. 2 minutes after the purchase, US approved the document and I could successfully check into my initially booked flight. NOW, I realised that I had just lost a huge amount of money. I reached out to their chat, and the chat assistant Sofiia Melnyk acted immediately - she managed to cancel my ticket booking process and I got an instant refund (the money on my card was unblocked) !!! Long story short - best experience ever. Had I bought the tickets straight from the airline, I would probably never see my money again, and would be stuck in an infinite loop of burreaucracy. I will always book my many flights through tickets.lv, ALWAYS!!!

Only buy directly, don't loose your money
Only buy directly.
Although the replies do come as late as physically possible, I do have to mention that in whole ordeal one reply say "there is no problem" was received, however it's also worth mentioning that said email was a response to an actual problem with booking that they decided to just ignore, I don't even know if it's a joke at this point.
Unresponsive and will not fix or take any sort of responsibility, will lie however that you don't have a problem.
Would be important to note that there is no way of reaching this firm, no phone number works or exists either

Tried to change dates on ticket for 2 weeks faster. They tried to charge me 186euro (136euro price of old ticket) but at same time you can buy new ticket for 104 euro. For that day.
