Buying tickets online was very easy to do. The only difficulty we encountered in the whole trip is the train ride going back to the city. It was very full and not enough seats to sit on. This is hard after a tiring hike around the mountain.

Pessima empresa de turismo
Eu comprei entradas para Torre de Pisa para dia 5/4/2026 com horário marcado, com antecedência. Fui descontado no cartão no momento da compra e recebi apenas email informando sobre a encomenda sem nenhum ingresso.
Cobrei envio todos os dias anteriores da visita e sempre sendo informado que enviariam os ingressos.
No dia anterior à visita mandaram email informando que poderiam enviar ingressos para vista à noite de 5/4. Não aceitei.
Ainda bem que comprei outros ingresso com Get Your Guide que me enviou prontamente.
Teria perdido minha visita a Torre se dependesse daquela empresa irresponsável.
Deixo me alerta: não usem TicketGo Tourism.
Fizeram reembolso mas não valeu a preocupação em perder o ponto turistico mais importante de Pisa.

Overcharges without mention.
They are scammers. I thought i waw visiting the original site of Akropolis Athens as they designed like this. They charged me 38,00 euros for a ticket to Akropolis when the ticket costs 30.00. For their payment of 8 euors there was no a mention obviously. And they sent me an invalid ticket without all the information of a proper ticket. From Akropolis said me that tis ticket is not a valid ticket and they sent me the same with all the appropriate information on it. The site just kept saying that it is ok without any proof when the official ticket site of Akropolis said me that the ticket had problem to enter. And of course the denied to refund the 8 euros as a compensation for all this mess.

1 star is to much. We reserved tickets for Park Guel and received tickets for another day. A day that we couldn’t go the park. There was offert no sufficient solution.

You’re a scam. You sold me an €8 ticket for the Uffizi Gallery, even though I should have paid only €2 as I’m under 25.
You claim that all taxes are included in the €8 price, but when clicking on the information button, there is no explanation that you are retaining an amount equal to 300% of the actual ticket price.
Moreover, the tickets were presented as official, and the website itself was not named after your company but after the Uffizi Gallery, which is misleading.
I will report your website to a consumer rights association.
Lastly, you only redirect me to this Trustpilot page if I click on 5 stars in the email you sent. If I click on 1 star, the link redirects me back to your own website instead.

No option for giving 0 stars. This website gives the impression of being an official site for the venue. I booked 2 tickets for the Roman Pantheon. This company charged €24 for the tickets. The tickets emailed to me showed the cost was €5 per ticket. When I emailed the company to find out why it had charged such a higher cost it said it was due to commission charges. This means they actually charged the EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT OF 140% COMMISSION. I advise anyone looking to book through ticketgotourism.com to not part with any money on this website

Ho acquistato biglietti per la Galleria degli Uffizi tramite questo sito e l’esperienza è stata molto deludente.
Durante l’acquisto, un biglietto “super ridotto” è stato mostrato al prezzo di 5€, mentre il biglietto ufficiale ricevuto riporta chiaramente €0,00 (gratuito). In nessun punto questo importo è stato indicato come commissione o costo di servizio, ma come prezzo del biglietto, risultando quindi fuorviante.
Anche i biglietti adulti sono stati venduti a un prezzo più alto rispetto a quello ufficiale (35€ invece di 29), senza una chiara distinzione delle commissioni.
Il servizio clienti si limita a rispondere con messaggi standard citando i termini e condizioni, senza affrontare il problema reale della trasparenza dei prezzi.
Consiglio vivamente di acquistare solo tramite canali ufficiali per evitare costi nascosti e pratiche poco chia
