Exelent service and price will definitely use again

Avoid do not sell items they do not pay you!!

Sent my reels after agreeing to a price they agreed they had arrived no issues said payment would be made after providing my details. 24 hours go by still no payment get an emailed saying they’ll chase it up with the boss 24 hours later again still no payment and just ignoring all communication.

Looking like I’ll need to be raising this with a small claims court to recieve my money!

Absolutely disgusted with there dont care attitude to sending the items once purchased. I paid for next day delivery, 4 days later still not arrived and you cannot contact them by phone. All has to be done by email which they don't deal with straight away. Ordered an expensive item which I needed for an upcoming tournament and had tried all the tackle shops near me .. poor poor service

I placed my order with Tackle Tavern and to my suprise the parcel was delivered the very next day! Now that is what I call a first class service. This is the first time that I have ordered from this shop, I'm sure it will not be the last. Well done indeed, Tackle Tavern.

Tackle tavern offer a unique service to people with there pre loved service at very good prices and quality of product I just bought a Prestons Absolute 36 feeder chair with a foot plate in very good condition at a very fair price .it git delivered in quick time and packaged very well the condition is top draw considering its pre loved .The only thing I can say is if you want quality at a fair price there is nowhere else to look in my opinion .thanks once again to tackle tavern team for offering a top draw service for fishing equipment well done 👏

I’ve ordered many times because the prices are great and delivery is next day. On the one occasion when an item was missing (I think an issue with the courier) Nick sorted in immediately and I received it next day

Ordered the prologic sky pod from these guys ... unfortunately the pod arrived broken ...Nick in customer services couldn't do enough to help ... prologic sent them one out pretty much immediately! I received another pod within a few days ....great job guys!! Also they are one of few places that stock 24mm boilies...💪🏻

I recently bought a Fox Frontier II X bivvy from The TackleTaven at a very competitive price but on my first outing found that there was a manufacturing fault with a door panel zip. Reported it to the Tacletaven, they immediately contacted Fox who then asked to see the bivvy which Tacketavern organised. With in under two weeks I was supplied with a complete new bivvy. Found the service to be very professional and the staff extremely polite and helpful. Can’t thank The TackleTavern enough for their help.

I recently needed a footplate urgently I indicated that to them and I couldn't believe how quick it arrived it was less than 24 hours their service is second to none I will definitely shop with them again THANK YOU TACKLE TAVERN

Everything i have had dealings with Tackle Tavern, they have always had what I want even though many other retailers have not, if I have visited their store nothing has even been to much trouble for any of the staff and most recent I changed my mind on the delivery schedule, contacted them, they upgraded my service with no extra charge to me and the item arrived before 9am this morning....10 Star to these guys for me....👌👌👌

Unfortunately the last delivery turned up from damage in transit. Nick reacted to my mail promptly and the issue is being sorted. This is what makes a good shop great. They all have niggles. It's how they react. And tbh. They are really quick to ship out!

I can not fault the customer service for The tackle tavern, order was processed and dispatched quickly, the after sales team have been quick and efficient - great independent company with high customer values and quality goods.

Bought a pair of fox chest waders from Tackle Tavern. Unfortunately they started leaking at seam. Got in touch with Nick at Tackle Tavern he was fantastic, he got in touch with Fox for me, got me a refund and sorted everything out. Sometimes things go wrong but when customer service is 5 star it’s not an issue. 👍👏
