They are happy to help and have a free sample service which makes it easier to check quality and colour. The do have good quantity if you want to buy from weddings and other occasions. Definitely will buy from them again 🙏

Ordered many times from this business no issues or hassle. Most recently had a package go missing as it was left on the doorstep but after getting in touch with them they sent out a replacement order.

Hi Simi, thank you for leaving a review, however I just wanted to clarify that you placed your order on a Saturday evening - as stated on our website and emails, we don't ship orders over the weekend.
Further still our next day delivery service has an estimate of 1-2 days delivery time (stated on our website) - which in this case, your order was delivered on the second day after dispatch.

Amazing customer service!
I unfortunately recieved a broken bottle however with the amazing customer service at Sardar co, I was able to receive a swift response and they kindly provided a new bottle. The products are amazing and has helped my beard stay in shape throughout the day and also prevents irritation.

My favorite online vendor!!
I have been buying turbans and other essentials from The Sardar Company for over a year. The quality of their products is superb and deliveries are always on time. Whenever I have a question, Tina K. promptly replies to my emails.
And, congratulations to The Sardar Company on their 6 year anniversary.

Beard Oil, no product delivery, no refund, no replies.
Emailed the team after a long delay of no product delivery. No reply. Email again as I still haven't received the products. Was told they'd check, update and get back to me. Still 48 hours later, no reply.
I highly recommended this company's products as a birthday gift, and ordered well in advance. Left me without a birthday gift to give, still. Still no correspondence back from Sardar Co as to what is going on. I have requested a full refund. Still no answer?
A very sad shame, as I've used these products before and they are excellent, and so was the service, but there's clearly been a culture change somewhere. A few others I know haven't had their products delivered either, but they choose to and can afford not to fuss. Wish I was that lucky!
